It's a pleasure to seek and receive advice from Dr. Mathews about my health. My Wife (also his patient) and I are lucky to have his knowledge and wisdom.

As a new patient to the practice, the entire staff did a great job making me feel welcome and comfortable from the time I arrived until the end of my visit. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Mathews. He spent time getting to know me, my medical history, and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Mathews is an excellent physician and I am honored to be one of his patients.

Everything went smoothly. Dr. Mathews took his time, listened well, and offered valuable advice. I also appreciated the opportunity to book next year's exam so I can protect the time on my calendar.

Dr Mathews, the staff, the Drs & oncall, the practice as a whole are terrific. Best PCP practice I have had. The office is organized, staff very pleasant. Dr Mathews listens to you & sees you as an individual. Not just busy typing into forms. Very happy with this Virtua practice.

Dr. Mathews is a very caring, knowledgeable, devoted, positive, cheerful doctor and person who is a patient and careful listener, giving thoughtful responses to any questions asked of him. I never feel rushed in my visits to him, and no subject I bring up is ever treated lightly, or as if it's unimportant. He goes over ever aspect of care, even asking if I had a will and a living directive (I really appreciated this because I do not have either at the moment and needed the reminder!). He reminded me about my mammogram too, which I'd forgotten about for some reason this year, and made sure I had a referral for one before I left the office. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone! I feel like he cares about my health as he would care about a member of his own family, and that is a priceless quality for any doctor to have!

My appt was 220 and was not seen until 300pm. Waited 40 minutes. Unacceptable.

Always a good experience

My experience was very good and everyone that I had encountered was very professional and knowledgeable. No complaints whatsoever.

I think the entire staff , front desk , check in , check out , nurse and especially the Doctor were great !

Dr Mathews is always Kind, considerate and thorough. His patience and advice are always evident and with no "lecturing" just helpful solutions. He had a med student with him and was teaching by example and including her in the conversation, as well as "testing" her during my examination. Great Dr! My appointment was an annual checkup and I scheduled it last year.

Well as much as work with Dr. Mathews staff on my heath, all seems to be people who care about my health. It's this billing thats bothering me one day it's 6k for a CT scan the 3 k for said scam, 3k for what I have not clue. Another $700.00 you have all these $ amounts yet you can't tell me what insurance i had last year since my wife & i changed to a different insurance Co. You kosy our information now you want me to eat the cost. Im closely looking at other institutions for services. Yes dr. Mathews is good but as a whole. It's time to do better. And leave

Great medical practice. Especially Dr. Mathews. There was a medical student there also who very professional and nice as well, the day of my appointment.

I was impressed with the ability to see Dr. Mathews after cutting my finger ... a serious cut . First went to urgent care but saw Dr. Mathews the next day. He confirmed my need for antibiotic treatment and tetanus shot. His assistant Sue was outstanding with her kindness and getting me to see Dr. Mathews in a very timely fashion. She personally called me, confirming my appointment and the need for a tetanus shot . Seemed like the "good old days" being able to see your doctor quickly and knowing he and. His staff gave you personal attention. I didn't feel like "just a number". Hard to fine that type of care today. I applaud Dr Mathews and his staff for their work and their caring attitude. I just had my return check-up. My finger is healing beautifully ! I am blessed....Thank you!!
