The staff all treat you with a welcoming smile and attitude. Stephanie PA. was so pleasant, kind and professional. You really feel well cared for and answer all your questions. I didn't get the receptionist name but she was so helpful in handling my "my chart problem ". I thank her very much.

The was very little waiting: I was taken to an exam room a few minutes after my arrival, initial intake was conducted immediately. My wait for examining physician was no longer than 5 minutes. She was thorough, exhibited concern and wrote instructions for PT for the staff in the CCRC I have recently moved to.

When she was done, I had very few questions as she was very thorough.

She listened to me, wrote me a script for physical therapy for my knee, and x-rayed my hip to make sure I didn't need to begin treatment for that.

The visit was prompt quick and the PA was attentive.

This was the sign off session for my knee replacement I had never met her before. She is not the PA who will assist in my surgery, which I would have preferred. I was a bit surprised that the basic info did not include what happens in case of bad weather, and what to plan regarding when to resume activities, Which I suspect Are standard questions. I suspect most patients want as much info as Possible heading into this procedure. Perhaps an expanded FAQ centering on patient worries vs medics need to know infcould be Developed. This form does not Seem to offer editing before sending, so apologies for any typos.

The physical assistant was excellent! She asked me questions and suggested riding a bike for exercise! Was very pleasant and caring! Wish I could remember her name. I would never go anywhere else.

Yes, the experience was good, but the only problem I had, I got out of surgery late and my wife was almost at the end of visiting hours when she was able to see me. So she came and saw me and there was nobody really to direct her where to go because when she got the call, they told her to come in. And she went to the desk and they were kind of got their coats on and ready to go and not giving her no information or, you know, trying to turn her away. And we live about maybe 15, 20 miles away from this place. So for me to come out of surgery and have no direction and everywhere she went, it was like a ghost town. Nobody was there. And then when she got upstairs back to where I
