She listened to me, wrote me a script for physical therapy for my knee, and x-rayed my hip to make sure I didn't need to begin treatment for that.

My PA, Stephanie, was most knowledgeable and understood my concerns. She examined me and explained the X-rays to me. She was very efficient and I was very satisfied with the care she provided.

Very Happy with Virtua Care

The staff was wonderful, but I wanted to get my gel shots at Voorhees like I always did, and now all of a sudden they won't let me, so I can't get shots because I can't drive that far to Cherry Hill and everywhere else because I have a full-time job and I have to take care of my grandson. So I would not recommend. I'm trying to find another doctor because you refused to let me get my shots at Voorhees. So I will never come back there again and I would never recommend that place because you've ruined my knee. Thank you.

Stephanie was very thorough. My complaint is when you call and try to get the PA it's almost impossible. Even when you leave a message there is no callback. Being 43 or 39 in the queue is ridiculous.

I enjoyed speaking with the Stephanie Godbold PA. She was informative and I felt she cared. She also told me after my injection to move my leg back and forth which help with the stiffness. She answered my other concerns. Great "bedside" manners.

I was able to get an appointment at a reasonable time. And I'm also happy for the fact that the suggestions they give me, I'm working on that. And I have a chance to go back in a couple weeks to follow up to see how I'm doing. And if I felt like it was necessary to come in, there'd be no problem, I can give a call. So I think that's good. I know that I got the care. the attention that I needed, and then if I need any additional help, they will be there for me when I need it. Thank you.

Stephanie is top notch. She outlined what to expect on the day of surgery and immediately afterward. She went over all pre-surgery procedures and stated we would receive paperwork, post surgery, with instructions. She listened to and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. She did not know factual information about my new hip parts.
