My only problem is I'm unable to have 1-2 RX's on file at the pharmacy for easy refills. The response time to getting an OK takes awhile. Is this the norm for all Virtua doctors?

Everyone was great except whoever I had to check in with at reception at the front. I was prepared with my cards and everything and they were very short and rude with regards to what they needed from me and confirming information

Efficient

Since I previously worked in healthcare, I am not the easiest patient. I really appreciate the Dr. Guido listens to me and treats my input with respect. We are a team and that is very important to me.

This is strange talking about my visit, not a fan to this form of media.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/22/2026
Check in went quickly and smoothly. The registrar was very pleasant with lots of smiles. I did not have a long wait ... doctor "on time" ... the nurse assistant was likewise courteous and listened to my questions and concerns. I always enjoy my time with Dr. Guido.

The audio was glitchy quite often making it so we had to repeat ourselves and it definitely interfered with how well I understood things and left me feeling like I wanted to ask more questions but I couldn't because of the constant audio glitches. My doctor is great, as I've had in person appointments with her before.

I was a little apprehensive about my visit as my doctors office closed that i had seen for many years but from the minute I walked in i felt comfortable and cared for. Everyone greeted me with a smile and kind word. The doctor spent time with me going over medical records. Thank you

The next appointment date wasn't clarified. I'll need to contact the office to determine if I should have a one year appointment or 5 or 6 months.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/3/2025
The staff was excellent. The reception, the process in, very personable, very methodic, made sure I was the right patient. And it was great to see a new facility there. And the staff from the time of check-in to the reception, going into the doctor's office, to the attendant, the process, initial stats before the doctor came in, very good, very gentle, easy. And then Dr. Guido, very personable, thorough, really knew my record and what I gave her, just as a reminder as to some of my other conditions, fractures.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/29/2025
Dr. Guido is always awesome! I usually schedule my annual physical a year in advance. If I didn't do that, I'm not sure how easy it would be to get an appointment.

Hi, I just wanted to say that my primary doctor was amazing. I feel like she listened to all my concerns and she was very empathetic, very knowledgeable, has a really great bedside manner, made me feel very comfortable, and definitely had some suggestions to explore things related to my health and possibly getting testing done. She took my concerns very seriously, and it was overall like a 10 out of 10 experience. So I hope she gets the credit that she deserves and continues to provide the best care she can because she's absolutely wonderful. So thank you.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/2/2025
Dr Guido is very thorough and discusses every detail with you. Her recommendations are very good. I have a lot of trust in her.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/1/2025
Dr. Guido knows who you are and her face lights up when she walks in the room even though you don't visit her office very often. She shows you that she cares about you and is willing to share some of her life story with you , if you ask the questions, like how is your family, how is your little boy, she's eager to show you pictures of him which I really like , it makes her human. Some doctors just treat you like you're a number they walk out of the room and that's the last you see them not her she's very very sweet .

Appreciate and trust Dr Guido's management of my healthcare needs
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/30/2025
I have noticed that at every visit to this office the doctor and/or nurse practioner ask me the same long list of questions about vaccines and procedures which are on their computer that are completely unrelated to the purpose of my visit or my medical conditions. I find that this is very distracting to me and my provider and results in us losing focus on treating my condition and takes away a lot of time from my visit. This must be a corporate idea which I would like to relay that I find very annoying/disturbing. I may decide to switch to a Cooper practice because of it. It would have been okay if these questions were asked at my first visit, but every visit over and over is excessive. It is not fair to me as a patient of this practice and it also is not fair to your doctors and NP to have to go through this over and over at every appointment.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/30/2025
The dr did not seem to care about my concerns too much. Will be switching to a different doctor.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/27/2025
The whole medical staff always make you feel at ease.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/27/2025
The staff member who took my vitals was awesome. Dr Guido seemed agitated and didn't know anything about me.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/2/2025
I was very thankful for being able to see this provider in a timely manner. However, I wasn't able to see my provider in a timely manner. So that was difficult. I feel this doctor listened very, very well. She just didn't have all my background knowledge because she isn't my usual provider. I find it very difficult to get into this practice when needed.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/22/2025
Provider still wearing a mask in 2025 is ridiculous.

I refer my whole family to to Dr Guido
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/24/2025
The assistant to Dr. Guido was SO kind and compassionate! Dr. Guido seemed inpatient with me, and honestly, diagnosed me incorrectly. It was the nurse who got the two swabs for Covid and Flu, that tested positive. My wonderful Nurse Practitioner, [REDACTED], was booked solid. I took who I could get in with. In fairness, the doctor didn't really know me or my history.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/22/2025
Dr.Guido is an exception physician who is detailed and takes her time to listen.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/21/2025
