Dr. Kankanala is a knowledgeable, kind, and a inquisitive doctor. She asks questions to make sure she understands what one is trying to say, she offers helpful suggestions, and she repeats things to make sure that one understands fully. She is an asset to your practice and the reason I continue to come to your practice.

Dr K took her time with me, explained things to me & actually listened to my concerns. I honestly wish she could be my GP.

I had a very good experience.

Everything ran so smoothly, from a very short wait to the final talk with Dr. K. Then getting paperwork for blood test for next time. The atmosphere was quiet and calming especially after going to the back for the short wait there. Dr. K is very reassuring.

It was good my doctor is good however I am not happy with my treatment metformin it's is not a viable treatment looking for a cure which I feel is available but big pharma keep doctors locked into the current treatment . Having side efforts but no relief in sight . Looking outside the box for help

I have been a patient of Dr. Kankanala for 9 years. She explains my ultrasounds and comes up with a plan. As I progressed we agreed to monitor a year and half. This happened for 2 visits. This last visit my ultrasound picked up some changes. Now we plan to just come back in a year. She is very thorough and explains the situation. I trust her and do as she says because I think she is an excellent doctor. I am very pleased with her care.

Dr. Kay was amazing. I had a horrible cold, but I was so worried about missing this appointment, Dr Kay allowed me to meet with her via TeleMed. She answered all my questions. She also took the time to call me back in the middle of the day. Physicians have so much on their plate these days. It was a big deal to me that she took the time to do this. I truly appreciate it. Her attention to detail was most appreciated.

Check Out clerk Failed to give us the next appointment days after asking her multiple times. She said it would be on the discharge papers. They were not. Had to call the office to get our next appointment date. The appointment was great everything was fine I thought you should know this l little glitch in your appointment process.

The nursing staff are attentive and positive. The doctor is well meaning and shows great knowledge. But can work on listening to understand instead of listening to judge and correct.

I don't care for the new office, it was hard to find parking, the front office was confusing as to what person to check in with, she wasn't very pleasant. Dr. K on the other hand, is always great doctor to have. I will say the lady that checked me out, I recognized from the old office, was very nice.

This was a telemed visit with Dr."K". We had numerous issues with the sound and video stoppages. Also she was very difficult to follow and understand partly due to her wearing a mask. She was hard to follow in person on my first visit she spoke very fast and she also difficult to follow her train of thought. She also was wearing a mask. My husband was with me and felt the same way. I was really trying to listen intentionally but she kept repeating the same questions. I felt like between the language differences, the mask she had on while she was in an office video visit. I didn't feel like she needed a mask on while she was on a difficult to follow telemed visit from an office.
