I received friendly and supportive professional care from my doctor and the office staff.

Doctor and staff were great, as usual. Not a fan of the facilities at Bordentown. No windows in exam rooms and that area seems small and cramped. Moorestown is much better and closer to me.

Dr. Spagnuolo, my Cardiologist, is a fine, disciplined, old school caring , family man. He is professional, and personal. He always makes me feel he has my best interests in mind. He takes his role as my "personal" physician seriously. His care is comprehensive! I leave there knowing I'm being guided by the best and am in good hands!

Dr. Spagnuolo has been an amazing cardiologist for all the years that he has treated me. I feel very valued every time I walk into his office. Dr. Spagnuolo can't be replaced. He is someone very special to the entire family.

When checking out and scheduling my next appointment the clerk gave me the next date and time and then signed out of her program before I had enough time to enter into my phone calendar. When I asked for date and time again, she didn't know and had to log back in to get md the info. This has happened more than once. If I'm entering a date 6 or twelve months in advance it takes several seconds to swipe to correct month. The scheduler should give the patient enough time to record the appointment.

Dr. Spagnuolo is an experience cardiologist. I've been seeing him for 32 years and trust him explicitly. Great physician. Will miss him once he decides to hang up his stethoscope.

Check in and check out staff very rude, No greeting just dob, your check in, no have a seat nothing. Doctor was perfect. At check out same thing. Was treated like I was bothering them. No goodbye, or be well. Just silence. Left shaking my head. Time with doctor was pleasant.

Dr. Spagnuolo is the best! He listens, he's compassionate and he explains each course of your care, as well as offers any options he feels that would benefit your health.

Dr Spagnuolo and the MA were excellent. But your office staff needs drastic improvement. No one looks or acts like they want to be there. No smiles, no Hello's. As I walked in I was greeted by a blank stare. But the worst encounter was leaving. I had 2 followup appoints and 3 test that needed to be scheduled. The person who I went to was sitting and highlighting in her text book with a marker. I don't think doing homework at her discharge desk is appropriate in front of patients. She appeared annoyed as I approached her and even told me to stop putting dates in my calendar as the test were being scheduled. At the end I asked to confirm that all 5 followup events were made and she handed me my discharge evaluation paperwork and told me not to ask anymore questions until I read the discharge packet she gave me. "It's all in there." Then she went back to her text book. It's amazing to me that the Bordentown office is so large and well appointed, the medical staff is so warm, knowledgeable and caring but the office staff falls so short of even basic expectations.

My appointment was at 9:40 and I waited over an hour before the doctor seen me. And I had to go up to the front and say to them, why am I waiting so long? Well, the doctor's a little behind. I said a little. I've been waiting over an hour and you asked me to come 15 minutes before time. So for that reason, I wouldn't recommend my family to go there because I never had to wait so long for a doctor to see me. And I didn't like that. That's my complaint, really. The wait is very long.

That was my first visit in Bordentown. I really enjoyed it. The doctor is very nice. I've been going to him for almost 20 years. And I was very happy with my treatment there.

The scheduler was a little curt.

I wish Dr.Spagnoulo a well earned happy retirement. I shall miss the decades long care he has given me and thank him for the advice and treatment that has significantly prolonged my own life.

I have been a patient of DR Spagnuolo for probably forty years. I have followed him faithfully through all of his changes. He is very informative and easy to deal with. I would probably rank him my number one choice of all the doctors I have ever encountered.

I enjoyed the professionalism showed from front desk to time with my Physician who listens carefully and is attentive to me as his patient.

I was very happy with Dr. Vincent. He's a very good doctor. However, I have one suggestion that if somebody, I came in to see him for breathlessness. If somebody has some urgent issues, I would appreciate if you can look into it that the patient gets appointment for echo and stress a little sooner. In my case, I have gotten an appointment one month later and my breathlessness is still there. So it's not helping me in that sense. Otherwise, Dr. Vincent was very great, and I had a good experience with him. Only thing I'm not so happy about is the length of the time that is taking for the procedures to schedule. If you can look into that, that would be great. Thank you so much. Have a nice day.

The pre-exam tech did not check oxygen level but reported a level in the chart.

Dr. Spagnuolo has been wonderful the two times I've seen him. I no longer need to see him (thankfully), but I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing a cardiologist. He took the time to explain the results of my echocardiogram and answered all my questions. He took his time with me.

Your signing in to Virtua is tricky and needs review. Frequently have difficulty having it accepting my information. No problem ever signing in to Jefferson Hospital!!!

I just thought the whole experience was wonderful. I liked everybody. The RN was just incredible who took care of me. The EKG, the doctor was wonderful. So it was all good.

The Nurse forgot to take the tags for the EKG off on me. She just pulled the leads off and left. First time this ever happened to me. Never had to complain about anything before.

Outstanding Doctor very caring listens to all your concerns and provides insight to your question...

This was my first visit with this cardiologist and my first experience with Virtua Health. I am generally doctor shy, but I have to say that I have not felt this comfortable, seen, or heard by any doctor in many years. I felt as if Dr. Spagnuolo was 100% involved in this visit and concerned for my ongoing care. He was very though in explaining any concerns he had for my health, test results, and treatments moving forward. I'm extremely pleased.

My appointment was at 1040. He told me to be there 15 minutes early. Then I have to sit in the waiting room about 40 minutes before I'm even called in the back. The wait is very long when I go there. That's my only problem is with that doctor. The wait is too long before he sees you.

Dr. Spagnuolo has been my cardiologist for about 10 years. The medicine he prescribed then has kept me heart-healthy. He is a kind and thoughtful physician. I thank him for that.

The doctor listened very attentively to my mother ([PHI] - patient) and myself as her daughter and POA. He understood my concerns about Mom being so tired and agreed to getting a blood draw to see what her Hemoglobin.

The doctor is quick and has a lack of care. Did not listen to my concerns. Pushed me off and told me to ask a different provider what I was trying to ask him. In my clinical notes he lied and is claiming to have examined more than he actually did. He didn't check 80% of the things it says he did. He only cares about prescribing medication and getting you put of there.

The office staff is always accommodating and friendly, as well as the nurses, and Dr. Spagnuolo is the absolute best. We are extremely happy with him and love him. His bedside manner is great and he has a great connection with my father.
