I was impressed with the doctor actually explaining everything to me and was extremely impressed that she actually went through the results of my blood tests and explained how they showed just what happened but honestly I have taken thousands of blood tests and the doctors rarely look at them. Why Is it that 2 days before my appointment I got a call stating that my referral has expired. When this happened I had to reschedule my appointment because it takes 72 hours to get referral. This has happened with 2 of my appointments with Virtua.

Everyone as very polite and professional. Benedict was very courteous and organized and Dr Galan was outstanding . She took time to explain my condition and what's causing it showed me what a healthy kidney should look like and what's causing mine likely look like, explained the medication she was putting me on an what results were looking for, and scheduled an ultrasound and follow up blood work of and urinalysis and a revisit to check the results and see what the continued plan of action will be. I have never had a Dr that was so detailed , thorough, knowledgeable, calming and I would highly recommend her.

My granddaughter and I were very pleased with Dr. Galan and she gave us the amount of time that was immeasurable. We were very impressed with her and we appreciate her. Thank you.

Dr Galan was very impressive, although it was my first visit she had all of my medical history organized in a manner pertinent to the condition I was seeing her for.She allowed me ample input and addressed all of my questions and concerns and made me feel comfortable even though I am usually very anxious when visiting the doctor's office.
