All staff members were courteous, pleasant, and very friendly. Dr. Crookshank is a great doctor, very thorough and looks at your entire medical history not just my sleep apnea situation. Appointments are never rushed, he spends a lot of time with me. Answers all questions completely and provides excellent medical advise.

I'm a routine and easy patient. My issues aren't complex or difficult. However, Dr. Crookshank didn't gloss over my treatment or rush. He took the time to make sure he understood me and explored my history to make sure we weren't dismissing something underlying. His care is excellent and thorough. I hope I don't need his services again, but if I need a pulmonologist, I'm definitely going back to him.

Dr. Aaron Cruikshank is an amazing doctor, but too bad you care more about serving the doctor in the office but not really taking care of the patient. It's pretty sad that the patients are really not looked at with any type of consideration.

Clearly discussed results of my recent sleep study. Recommended possible follow-up treatments which I will evaluate with my other specialists before taking course of action.

Yes, I just want to let you know the staff, they were very helpful, very good. The only reason I said seven from how much they cared was the doctor. Dr. Crookshank, he wasn't in a good mood at all. He said he was having a bad day and he definitely showed it with me and I actually told him about it and that's when he said he was having a bad day. I have seen him quite a few times and it was really a bad service that I got the last time. So definitely he's not one that I'm going to recommend to anybody. He can't seem to keep whatever happens to him to himself. But the staff, they were very, very good except for the doctor and I'm shocked because Dr. Crookshank has told me a pretty good doctor.

Dr. Crookshank had treated me while in the hospital, and this was a follow-up of that stay. He remembered my history and problems I had while in the hospital. I saw him years ago when I was first placed on C-Pap. I trust him.

It was my first time going to the doctor in quite a while for pulmonology. He was very nice, very courteous, gave me four covers, and I am very happy with everyone in the office, including him. He's such a down person. I really, really enjoyed having him taking care of me. I look forward to working with him in the future. The physician that I had, I don't remember his name, the first time I had him, did an excellent job. He was clear to the point. He was concerned about what was going on and what he truly explained to me what sleep apnea was and the effects of it and how to improve my my health habits, my eating habits to help myself. And overall, again, like I said, he was excellent.

Dr Crookshank is a wonderful doctor he's very concerned and willing to do and figure out whatever we can to get me back on the right track I appreciate that better than anyone else from this group I used to see

Overall good but frustrated that the results of my PFT test were not available to review and discuss. Not the doctors fault. The test was the previous day at a different Virtua location but doctor said the results were not showing and that the tech who administered the test had not uploaded them. The results did not show up until 4 days later and I am now waiting for the doctor to review them, enter his summary and care notes so i can get a copy of the test and results. Very frustrating!

In meeting with Dr. C , I found him easier to communicate with than my former Dr.
