The visit was very good, part of my visit was about a a previous study ordered by another discipline...sleep study...pulmonary very helpful....but the problems seem to lie with the outsourced people....still unable to consent to the study, reached out to Medbridge(outsourced company name) still waiting....

He provided medication and nebulizer equipment at no charge when I expressed my problem related to both. Thank you Dr. Aaron. And I am feeling much better thanks to you

I need a follow up

Being so sick , I was grateful to get a TeleHealth Appt promptly. Dr answered all my concerns & we agreed on plan to fight the Pneumonia. As Dr mentioned, I will be calling in tomorrow am for an RX of more Albuterol for my NEBULIZER machine to continue this treatment after Tomorrow. TY

I'm grateful for the staff over there that was able to make me an appointment, you know, get me a conversation with the physician, as well as I was able to pick up a prescription to start my medical care. And now six days later, I honestly am feeling 80 to 90% better. And I was able to schedule a follow-up doctor's appointment with my pulmonologist. And I had questions in regards to the new prescription that I received, as well as one that I was currently taking. And I got a speedy response within a half an hour, I believe. So phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal. I will always recommend the virtual team. I've been with them for over 10 years now, and I have great, nothing but great experiences. And it's gotten better over the years, most definitely has gotten better.

The people I meet with were very helpful they did there best to help me with the scheduling problem I had and it was very helpful for me.

I have seen Aaron Rubenstein, PA before and he is very cordial, knowledgable and answered questions that I had.

I feel like this doctor went out of his way to make sure he addressed what was going on. I had been sick for six months and he took it serious where others kept telling me I get better, I get better. And he went over my charts and my x-rays and my CAT scans and he prescribed something that I finally feel better after six months. It's only been a few days. So hopefully I am all better by the time I'm done all my medicine. I appreciate his help and his quick attention to getting me everything I needed and getting me cured.
