The parking situation is not great- I had to park in lot D all the way in the back by the cancer center entrance and walk quite a bit to get to the office. Other than that it was fine.

Waited for almost an hour to be seen by doctor. Only thing that was frustrating.

I felt as though every time I came for an appointment (which was twice a week for 2 months), every doctor I met seemed to have just glanced or hardly looked over my chart. I had to constantly remind them of my pregnancy history and complications and it felt like they didn't even take the time to read my file before walking in the room. It also frustrated me that at every apt I was told "oh you should have been doing xyz...". For example, my last visit (day before I had my c section) the doctor questioned why I was delivering early, and claimed I was supposed to be going for weekly blood draws which was never explained to me. I didn't even have a standing lab order? Overall the doctors might be considered "high risk" and I should I trust them but I thought they were rude at times, condescending, careless, and just seemed to be all over the place. If I ever find myself needing to see a mfm specialist I'll plan to look elsewhere.

I didn't receive much info about the baby other than that it is healthy and that this is a low risk pregnancy. I wasn't given any in depth info regarding the length, weight, etc. of the baby. Seemed kind of rushed and if I had the chance I'd re-do my appointment. Other than that the staff was friendly

I received excellent professional care from the doctors, nurses, and receptionists. I couldn't have chosen a better hospital to have my baby! Many congratulations, and may they continue with such efficiency and care for their patients! Very grateful.

provider did fantastic. I had no issues with the provider. My issue was that I was given exactly one time frame in which to see them and given no other opportunity and it had to be in the middle of the day on Rosh Hashanah which is one of the highest holiest days on my calendar and I understand that there's a lot going on but I don't expect Christians to go and go to work on Easter. I don't understand why you, you expected me to just, you know, not observe the holiday and just didn't care and told me that, Oh, maybe I can call throughout the week and try and fix the date. So that, that really, really upset me. It made me feel like. You don't take cultural practices very seriously and that it makes you very concerned about recommending you, let alone using you. Um, but again, the provider was fine. I just thought that that was relatively ridiculous.

Ultrasound tech name started with a C was great

Ultrasound tech was great, front desk was great. Actual doctor was not great. Did not read my chart until it was in front of her, knew nothing about my condition and then messed up dates for when I needed to come back. Honestly, I knew more about my condition than she did. It seemed like she used google for 30 seconds to then try to answer my questions. Felt like a huge waste of time and put serious doubt in the care and decisions that MFM is supposed to make. I do not trust or feel comfortable with a doctor that doesn't even take the time to get up to speed on patient files.
