Dr. Panah and the staff I dealt with on my last visit were very wonderful. They met me where I was and I have followed up with care due to the way they interacted. I love my Doctor and all the staff at this facility. They make you feel like they care

1. I did not see a physician, I only went to get a current COVID shot. 2. Your survey doesn't asked in general the purpose of a visit so the questions can be more focus 3. Survey questions to consider: Receptionist was great Nurse was warm & pleasant Wait time was minimum Building was clean

I absolutely love this office, and the evening hours work perfectly with my schedule. The entire staff is friendly, and getting appointments in a timely manner is a huge plus. Wait times are practically nonexistent, and the exams are both efficient and accurate. Dr. Panah is a knowledgeable and well-versed provider who offers a variety of treatment options. It's refreshing to see a provider who is efficient, informative, and willing to share personal experiences that truly relate to the patient. At 56 years old, with a list of medical issues and having seen many providers over the years, I can honestly say this office and Dr. Panah are the best I've ever visited. I hope to continue receiving such excellent care, and I'd like to thank every staff member for their kindness and professionalism.
