Wry pleased with the attention Dr. Perl gave me and my concerns

The provider went to the wrong room to start with. The provider did NOT know what my injury was, I had to tell him and he had to go look at the MRI again. Came in and said he looked at the one without contrast ...I didn't even have contrast on any of the ordered MRI's! In his progress notes he said he explained taking Tylenol for my injury and he did not go over anything like that with me. I didn't ask for ANY medication because I am already on pain medications.

Excellent treatment of patients and a very good doctor.

The doctor was great and all the associates in the office are great. It's a great place to come and I have confidence in both the doctors and the help there.

The doctor treated me with courtesy and I would recommend him to anyone. He helped me to have my teeth in better shape and helped to regain the use of my teeth. And I appreciated his courtesy throughout the visit that I had and I would recommend him, highly recommend him, even though some of my mouth is sore, but that's to be expected when you have your mouth worked on as I did. And he did a great job and my teeth look great and I'm very thankful for his ?

Where are you professional

I was happy to have gotten an appointment with in a few days of my call.

The wait time was minimal. The office staff was great! The doctor took the time to listen and go over a plan of treatment. Everything from the time we walked through the door until the completion of the visit, everything was perfect!

Dr Perl is an excellent provider and listener. Very calm and genuine. Lucky to have him. Back staff also excellent

The front desk is very nice, the two ladies that's up front, and also the ladies that helped me, and the doctor was very thoughtful, and listened and helped me.

The medication prescribed did nothing to alleviate my pain.

This office is quite efficient and Dr Perl is very informative and considers other forms of treatment besides surgery first.

Yeah, we've gone to a number of doctors to have the knee shots. And Dr. Perl uses an ultrasound so he can actually look in the knee. And that is really much better. And for that, we recommend him to everybody we know that needs a knee shot. And in general, we like his personality. He seems to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Perl has a plan to relieve my knee pain we are waiting for Aetna to approve the procedure. I am looking forward to having this done.

First class

My only negative complaint is that the office now looks sterile like a hospital. Nothing inviting, almost to the point of being uncomfortable. Before the office made you feel comfortable, lively, inviting. That seems to be lost.

The caregiver was phenomenal. The doctor not only explained everything, he also recommended things and he was able to tell my diagnosis within seconds. He knew what he had to do. It was right from the very beginning of the examination. He just, he was really good at his position and his knowledge and education. The staff was just as good. They spoke to you like humans. They interacted and their communication was just off the charts. I will recommend this office to anybody. One of the greatest parts about it is that the wait time is very limited. It's like you don't have to wait long at all. They guide you with whatever they need help with and they give you time to do things. They don't rush you. They don't over search you with questions. So I would highly recommend it.

I would love to be able to call the office directly. Since the phone system is not great, I drive over to the office and make my appointment - not too convenient.

Dr. Perl is amazing. The office staff is great. Monday morning my knee was hurting and I could hardly walk. They gave me an afternoon appointment and Dr. Perl gave me an injection and I had relief immediately.

Dr Perl was the worst. He is inexperienced and was actually texting with another doctor about my case. Then he told me that he had never seen a case like mine and that he wasn't 60. Meaning he had not seen many cases. I was in there 3 hours... needed a knee brace but no one could figure out how to put it on. So with 2 fractured knees, I have to go back tomorrow when the only person who knows will be there. I actually called customer relations when I arrived home but no one called me back. The check out lady had no people skills and treated me like I was a child. I will not be going back to Dr Perl. I made an appointment with [REDACTED] for next Monday. Before Virtua took over the office had experienced, kind and knowledgeable doctors. Now it is horrible.

That's the second doctor that I've been to. I used to live in Washington Township. They were okay compared to this new office. The doctor, the nurses, the people that are working, they're phenomenal. Please don't ever get rid of them. Unbelievable. Thank you very much.

I was given an appointment quite quickly, only here for another week or two, and then we returned to Florida. He also, they were able to get the authorization for sentence, which I had today. I hope that there would be a number where I could reach my doctor once I started treatment. I have not been able to do that for two days and I need a refill on my prescription and I also need to speak to Dr. Perl to find out if I am doing what I'm supposed to be doing correctly before I see him again.
