I have so much respect for all staf there

Enjoyed the experience of meeting the doctor in a non-hospital setting and his staff.

This was a difficult thing to score because this was my first visit with Dr. Ganz. So everyone was respectful. The doctor was great, but this was his first visit with me, so he could not happen to know all of my history. But what he did know in his bedside manner was actually very good.

Treated promptly and professionally. Very pleased with care received!!

THE DISTANCE FROM PARKING NEAR CHIPOLTI TO THE CARDIAC CENTER IS REDICULOUS. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE TO ASSIST WITH A WHEELCHAIR. iF ONE CAN WALK THAT FAR WITHOUT A HEART ATTACK, THEN THEIR HEART MUST BE OK AND THEY DON'T NEED AN APPOINTMENT WITH A CARDIOLOGIST!

The nurse or MA who did the EKG was phenomenal. She was so nice and made me feel very comfortable

I spent 24 hrs in Virtua Lady ofLourdes and that was the beginning of excellent care by all. Dr. Ganz came to see me there, and then had an appointment scheduled his office at the most convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Ganz is excellent. He took his time with me and was very thorough, kind and professional.

Check in was quick and friendly; [REDACTED] took my vitals and was friendly and professional doing an ekg; and Dr. Adi was wonderful. He knew my history and goals and worked with me to develop a plan... even providing advice on using a Peloton bike.

I didn't like this Doctor I didn't feel cared for as my previous Doctor before him. He called me OBESE three times. He said if I wasn't OBESE my numbers would be better (My Blood Pressure numbers). I will be looking for a new Cardiology Doctor to Care for me. Yes I am over Weight and I do need to lose some Pounds. But the way he throwed Obese words at me made me think he was trying to shame me. He also said if you need blood work done you Primary has to do it. As if all the previous care that was done wasn't right. Just don't like his Doctoring approach. Will not see him again. [PHI]
