When waiting to check in for my appt, I stood at the counter in front of the counter with no one else in line. Someone was helping a client at the other end of the counter but we were the only patients at said counter. The person on the other side of the counter did not acknowledge me standing there until I said "excuse me " after waiting for what felt like 5 minutes. So she lifted her head up and replied yes. Was really off putting since on my way to check in , we made eye contact then she turned her head to almost duck down as though i couldn't see her. After she acknowledged me she verified i was already signed in from preregistering prior to coming. After that, the nurse assistant and Adrianne were amazing!

I had switched over a year ago to Adrienne N.P. She has finally made me felt heard as a patient, and as someone who is in the healthcare field means even more. She reviews my medical history thoroughly and each body system to not leave anything off the table so to speak. I appreciate and love each visit with her as I know she truly takes the time to hear me and involves me in my own care.

I was a patient at Optum primary care who abruptly closed the doors and cancelled my annual physical. Everyone was wonderful at virtua. Scheduling my appointment was easy. The check in desk was helpful and welcoming. My MA who took me to the exam room was friendly and professional. I can't say enough about how wonderful Adrianne the NP who saw me was. Very professional, friendly and great listener. I would highly recommend her! The whole transition went so smooth.

Adrian Ortega is an excellent nurse practitioner. And when I go inside of Virtua, it is a very, very, very pleasurable experience from the moment I step in, the waiting area, the staff that's at the waiting area, all great.

My visit with Adrianne is always very thorough with regards to my health as well as my family's. Which is why we have made her our PCP for my whole family. She is very knowledgeable and her professionalism shows her care for her patients.

It was a good experience. I am happy that Virtua has this wellness center set up where you have many services under one roof. It makes it so much easier for us seniors to have everything centrally located versus running all over South Jersey for every appointment, including radiology and lab.
