Whenever I have an appointment with my provider, Dr.Ajoa Amankwaah and staff, I have entered a professional environment and I have always been treated with respect kindness.

I really don't know what else to say. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and respectful. The Doctor listened to all of my questions and answered every question that I had. The Doctor was very helpful.

I have complete confidence in Dr. A. I was a nurse before I had a stroke. I am very aware of how Dr's. Treat their patients, and was lucky enough to find Dr. A. Her professional demeanor speaks highly for Vertua. It is arduous for me to text, but it is time well spent when I am asked to comment about Dr.A. you,and I are very lucky to have her

From the time I entered the front door of the office until I was leaving, every one I came in contact with was very helpful. The staff was never rushing me . They were very interested in making me feel I was important and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this practice.

The office staff really listens to you, but the billing office still has a problem with my billing this has been going on since 2024 of November and they say they're involved in doing it but nothing has been done about it so hopefully something comes up with us

Totally happy with my Virtua experience

I had first app at 9:20 the Dr did not come into the exam room till 9:45 I am not saying she should be waiting for me but I should not have to wait that long

I was supposed to get a flu shot but I think they must have forgot about me I sat there for about a half an hour and then left

Overall, I think the visit is fantastic and I was very satisfied with the staff. I just think that the office would do well with having a body mass indicator scanner because I don't think that just using weight and height is an accurate way to figure out BMI or body fat or scale or muscle mass and I believe that's important.

I transferred from Cooper to Virtua, and I've been extremely pleased with all the doctors and the staff in each of the offices that I go to. I've transferred all my care, and it's been a great, pleasant experience. The only negative I will say is it's difficult sometimes to get an appointment with my primary care doctor because she is very busy, but that would be the only negative I would say. Her care is excellent. She listens very well.

The experience was very timely. I arrived before my appointment time. Waited only a short period of time before being called for my appointment. The nurse/ tech took my vital signs and other information for my appointment. She told me the doctor would be in soon. To my surprise, I only waited about two minutes.

I'm always very comfortable with the care, concern, advice and recommendations given by Dr. Amankwaah. The office is very clean and comfortable The office staff are polite and welcoming. The Nurse I met with for my Medicare wellness visit was very friendly and professional

I was seen right on time and all the concerns I spoke about were dealt with.

She is personable and a highly qualified doctor.

Scripts should be sent in while patients still in the room with the doctors. I had to called 3 times the same day of my appointment and next day and I also message on the portal for my meds to be sent for my respiratory infection. Didn't get them till the next afternoon after my appt.

Always come away feeling good after discussing heath concerns.
