The doctor spent five minutes with me. I explained to him that I'd been sick for a week, that my wife was extremely sick. I'd been there in that same office earlier that day, was diagnosed with pneumonia, had an x-ray done and was sent home for medication. I had been coughing and cold, asked if they were going to do any tests whatsoever, a COVID test, any sort of disease test, any kind of x-ray. No, no, no, you're fine, you're fine. If you get worse, call us back out the door. So basically nothing. Took my blood pressure, my weight, and my height, and sent me on my way. It's a week later, I'm still not any better. My wife is barely any better. I'm not even sure she was properly diagnosed and treated well. And you guys are just a factory and you don't care about patients at all. And we pretty much hate virtual. So thanks for nothing.

Dr Urkowitz listened to my medical issues and referred me to appropriate medical professionals for further evaluations.

I am really upset about the phone system at Virtua. It is difficult to get a message to your doctor. It is difficult to cancel an appointment, even using MyChart. It is difficult to get any kind of response when you have a problem. It is the worst system I have ever, ever dealt with.

YES, I would like to recommend this Doctor however he only works. I think two days a week so it's very hard to get an appointment. And you have another provider who's older and I think he's a little too old to be providing care I did see him once. One time to get clearance for surgery I saw a young woman. She was a young doctor, but very thorough and very good. I would say that you need to hire at least two more physicians to cover your practice.
