The people here at Virtua have treated me very good for years now and the doctors I have are just great. I truly thank God, for everyone who works at Virtua!!!

Dr. Pope was very attentive, sat there and listened to all my concerns, addressed everything, very courteous, very thorough, and I was very pleased with everything that he did for me.

No one ever called me back. Your system is horrible. That, if I recommend somebody, they'll never be able to get through to get to a doctor. Thank you. Goodbye.

I am very comfortable speaking to Dr. Pope. He's very patient and listen carefully to what I have to say. Then I follow his instructions. I feel I am doing quite well, considering the many things that are wrong with me.He

Staff is always courteous and never have a long wait to see the physician

Very satisfied with everything, especially how easy it was to get an appointment. I will now be seeing Dr. Pope as my Pulmonary doctor.

Dr Pope and his staff treated me like a member of their family. They took extreme care to make sure I was OK and that my treatment was going to be OK for the future. I have 100% faith in anything they told me.

Dr. Pope informed me that I had to schedule a follow up PET scan. The office notified me that my insurance had authorized the testing. I called South Jersey Radiology and was informed that the physicians office had to call them directly with the order number. I contacted Dr. Popes office and left a message - it's now been 4 days and NO ONE has returned my call. I left a message on the portal - it's now been 4 days and NO ONE has responded.

Dr. Pope is awesome.

Dr Pope is my favorite Doctor, he always listens to me and explains everything to me, he is kind, thoughtful and just plain awesome.

Check out receptionist decided for me when I should see Dr Pope even though her said he wanted to see me in three months .She wouldn't make the appointment .Finally got my appointment set up by the interventional pulmonologist office today.

Dr. Pope personally called to check on the issue I was having. That was thoughtful.

I wait almost 45 minutes after the nurse check me out, then I had to go and ask what happened they complete forgot me in the room I was very upset about it that , dr came I apologize for the situation.

I don't like the many many texts emails and calls I got from Virtua confirming and reconfirming this one appt. It was rediculous and very annoying

Dr. Pope always takes the time to listen to me and I don't feel rushed.

Dr. POPE IS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE TO QUESTIONS/CONCERNS. HE IS PREPARED AND VERY THOROUGH. DR. POPE IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE VERY FEW DRS. THAT I ALWAYS FEEL VERY CONFIDENT WITH.

Dr Pope listens to what I say about my health and provides sufficient feedback.
