I am new to the South Jersey area and have been nervous about finding a new provider. I especially wanted to find a queer-affirming practice rather than find out too late that a practice was not that. Fortunately I stumbled onto Virtua Pride. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly and caring. Since he spent the most time with me I would like to especially thank Alberto for being attentive and knowledgeable, nonjudgmental about my particular circumstances and I felt encouraged to seek better outcomes for myself. I think the service at Virtual Pride continues to go above and beyond. Alberto was extremely professional in being able to answer any of my questions in detail. I felt like {redacted}, the nurse, really was very caring and easy to engage with and communicate. The front desk center really goes above and beyond in regards to welcoming and also helping ensure that everything was taken care of with detail. I even had the opportunity to engage with {redacted} over a concern that I had, but just really went to town and I really constantly am recommending many of my colleagues and friends and family in the area to take advantage of what Virtual Pride has to offer.

Virtual Pride Primary Care is such a welcoming space. Every time I come there, everyone is so welcoming. They're so respectful. They take the time to ask me what my pronouns are. It's just a wonderful team. Everyone is so lovely from the nurse staff that check you in, the front desk, to my provider, Alberto Pascucci. Just absolutely stellar. I love them and they're incredible. I could go to them forever.

Everyone was welcoming and kind. My doctor was very thorough and getting to know my symptoms and how to care for me. Definitely the best experience I have had was Virtua yet.

I think that the staff at Spiritual Prime Care is phenomenal. They are really in tune with each patient. I feel like Alberto really pays attention to important details for follow-ups and he looks for the best suitable health plans that definitely help your life going forward. And it's really great to feel comfortable in somewhere where you're not an outcast and you're wanted or you're cared about and not only cared for. Dr. Pascucci consistently demonstrates the epitome of patient centered care. He is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and a true advocate for his patients. He listens carefully and provides sound medical feedback tailored to my unique needs. He leaves no room to question his competency or intent to take care of his patients to the best of his ability. I truly feel safe and seen under his care. A provider like Dr. Pascucci is rare and an immeasurable value to Virtua Pride practice.

Professional and efficient

Amazing, unique and inviting staff! I would absolutely recommend them to everybody especially the LGBTQ+ community. I work in Virtua primary care as well. I want to give them attention and major props to their commitment to professionalism. When I first walked in, I could tell there was a new "patient" that was heckling them. The staff were simply trying to confirm his appointment and give awareness to their inclusiveness, but he said incredibly inappropriate and homophobic statements. Despite the cruelness and discomfort, the staff stayed professional, neutral, calm and still gave a friendly attitude. That's even more of a reason to recommend them and give them support!

Blessed to be a blessing from the front desk with [REDACTED] always with a smile and always willing to listen or change or make another appointment and the nurses are Amazing too but Doctor Alberto P treats you like Family and my kids think he's cool and nice so that's huge for me as a Dad Ty and God bless

LOVE this office!! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt respected and valued. I was treated with kindness by all members of staff!! From check in with Spencer to talking with Khalif in the treatment room to seeing Alberto!! I transferred to this office because of Alberto. He has been my doctor for over two years and I think he is amazing! This office is further for me to get to but it is DEFINITELY worth the trip!!!
