Everyone at the Stratford office is absolutely fantastic, including the doctor and her student doctors are absolutely phenomenal. Everyone there does a phenomenal job. I could not be any happier. And I will be suggesting anyone that I know of that has pain issues to go there.

The doctor was amazing. She explained all the conditions I experienced. They all had a name and she knew what they were and why they were happening. She was straightforward, honest, and just amazing.

All my visits here have been very friendly and professional.

Dr. Mobley has been a phenomenal doctor. She goes above and beyond. She's always researching different things that she thinks that I may have and different doctors that I could see that could help more with my condition. I trust her 100% and I couldn't be happier with the service that she provides for me.

Mobley is my pain management doctor and she's the best. And she listens to what I have to talk to her about and always working hand in hand with me and my other doctors and stuff. And I just really appreciate all the work she does to make sure that I'm taken care of.

Dr. Mobley is the best doctor I ever met! She is so knowledgeable ( more so than a lot of Dr. I've met!) she also takes her time to explain things so I understand it . She is excellent with the students whenever she has them. I have the highest respect for her. She should be honored for who she is!

I would recommend Dr Mobley to everyone she explains and go into your health the different types of pain that you are experiencing and what medication is best for that particular pain I can say she knows what she talks about I'm a witness

I like that my provider sits and takes time with me. I don't feel like she has one foot out the door trying to be done with me.

I appreciated her honesty and ability to know and understand how I truly feel about the healthcare Ive received over the decades. Bold but sensitive enough to discuss my mental health and other areas of concern. I feel she took charge and made proper decisions of how to move forward with my health. I'm exhausted, disgusted, tired and felt she truly understands why. It's been a long long time since a Dr made me feel cared for. I cried most of the visit. Which I was the last one leaving the office. I was not rushed and truly treated like a real patient for once. She should not be the only one to see what healthcare has done me. It has been a long difficult road, now I trust this painful broke down body into her care.

They were very respectful, they listened, and they took care of me what I had to do.

The receptionist that checked me in is always disengaged unprofessional as if she doesn't want to do her job. On this particular visit I spoke with the office manager about the hour and the half that I had to wait to before I was seen. She was of absolutely no help. I understand why the staff doesn't give their full attention to their positions because her solution to me was, why did I come to my appointment so early. When I proceeded to tell her I come early because of the long wait time regardless of my appointed time she didn't like that I stated that to her. Every time I come into this office I stand an average of 30 to 35 minutes before even seeing the Dr!

I would like to see more people of color. They seem to have been replaced

Have been going to NMI for quite sometime now. NMI is a Top-Notch organization. Would not even consider going anywhere else for my issues. Dr. Mobely is "The Bomb."

Front desk needs to listen to the patient when they tell them the provider told them something about scheduling.

Dr. Mobley is so knowledgeable, helpful. You couldn't find a better doctor there. She is awesome, patient, and she knows what she's talking about. If she doesn't, she'll get it for you. This is how people are supposed to be respected. She's a very good doctor. The best.

Dr. Mobley is the best pain management Dr. I've had since I became ill, which has been over 15 years now, ive never had an issue with her, in the past I had issues with the staff but never with Dr.Mobley, I was very disappointed with the level of attention paid to my needs by the Staff as far as communicating with my pharmacy or them (Staff) not returning my calls, the staff was very cold and lacked attention to my needs, so much so that I communicated my frustrations to those at Virtua Health, and to my great satisfaction after a short period, the Staff did a complete 180. And for that im grateful truly grateful. I hope this level af care continues in the future, because at this point im happy with my care team for the first time ever. And for that I say Thanks Dr. Mobley.

Well, when I saw Dr. Mobley, I found out I was bit by a deer tick and she prescribed antibiotics and blood work for me and she just did an excellent job like she usually does. I appreciate all the help she always gives me while I'm in there for my appointment. She's a great doctor. Thank you.

I've been seeing Dr. Mobley for quite some time. I love how she carries the conversation to ask me certain questions about my pain management, and all the other issues that I have with not just my back. She covers it all. She's very pleasant has very good bedside manner very good. I don't think I've ever had a doctor so kind she is. She really cares!!

Mobley is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She cares about me. She cares about the process we go to and like being one-on-one with me and telling me and listening to me and with the other students for the Rowan SOM. She's very good at explaining stuff to them also and she talks to me like I'm a person and not just a number.

Yes, I've been seeing Dr. Mobley now for some time, four or five years, but I've been going to NMI for close to 10 years. I have nothing but great respect and admiration for the establishment and the doctor herself. Matter of fact, all the doctors are good. The entire team in this office-from the warm front desk greeting, to the attentive nurses, to Dr. Mobely, and through the smooth check-out process-is impeccable. The training that interns receive here is clearly invaluable, and it shows in the quality of care provided. This group is consistently kind, professional, and caring, and they have helped keep my pain well-managed so that I can remain a productive educator. I am truly grateful for all that they do.
