Dr. Berger seems like he really cares about his patients. I should actually just say I feel like he cares about what was going on with me and he does look for a resolution. He listens well and there was an issue with me not getting a call back. Well, actually, they were supposed to call me back about injections and he was not happy with that and he said that he would look further into it and make sure that the staff, you know, is aware of it. So overall, like I said, he really makes you feel heard and wants you to feel better. He's, I definitely recommend them to other people. Thanks. Have a good night.

The improvement I would suggest is have somebody there that could answer the telephone at all times, instead of us leaving a message and we're on the way over. And you can't get a hold of a single person if you have any reason to speak to someone before you get there. Also, my conference was supposed to be a teleconference, and both the doctor and I were shocked that it wasn't and he asked me what happened I said well I was told that it was a office visit and I thought maybe you've changed your mind so people need to get on the same track but most of all have somebody answering the phones at that office at all times instead of leaving

Dr. Berger did my prolapse surgery at another hospital a few years ago. I was having some issues and I looked all over for him and I'm so glad I found him again. He's really brilliant, and his compassion and knowledge are exceptional. Everyone in the office treated me very kindly

My only concern was the guard at the front desk. He was busy looking at his phone, so we needed to wait for him to acknowledge us. His answer was quite rude and abrupt once we were able t ask our question!

I feel that my concerns were taken into consideration regarding my issue and given thought after his examination as to what was in my best interest in his final diagnosis as to the next steps forward.

Fabulous Experience With Dr. Berger

This was a follow up visit for me to discuss options regarding my specific needs. Although I am not a candidate for surgery, we thoroughly discussed options that may be more suited to my issues. Dr. Berger presents very knowledgeable, competent and caring. He referred me to a physician who may be able to address my problems. I appreciate his time and would recommend him to anyone who needed his services.

The practice was great! It's Virtua's notifications that are bothersome. I received a text telling me to get there a half hour before my appointment. Nobody was there until 10 minutes before my early morning appointment. I must have received at least 6 or 7 reminder emails and text for this appointment. To me, that's a bit of harassment.

Dr. Berger was very kind and informative. He was very familiar with my problem and gave me many options to help. Leaving there, I was very confident on a resolution to meet my need.

Everybody was so nice, so attentive. They went above and beyond with my care. I don't think that anybody there was paid anywhere near enough.
