Dr. King and the staff provide me with the best care I have ever received. I feel heard, everyone cares, and we work together to find solutions for me. I feel safe and always respected. Dr. King's knowledge is extensive but how he treats his patients is what sets him apart. He has set an environment and culture that should be the gold standard for medical care. I am forever grateful to have him as one of my doctors.

Everyone at this office is professional, yet warm and friendly. I like that medical students are supported and given the space to learn. Dr. King provides excellent care.

I'm appreciative to Dr. King for making my first experience with acupuncture very comfortable. I was nervous because needles give me anxiety but they didn't hurt and the room was a relaxing environment. He understands you when you describe your pain and properly addresses it. I also like that you can message Dr. King and he gets back to you right away. You can tell he cares about his patients and is good at what he does.

Dr. Is very patient and kind. He listens to everything you have to say and explains everything regarding what he is going to do.

I liked the doctors a lot and the experience was good, but they don't have enough staff and you have to wait too long in between appointments.

Doctor King was an hour late to my appointment, wasn't even in the building when I arrived and when he treated me he was so behind that I felt rushed

Dr. King is an excellent provider but he is the only provider that performs acupuncture. I would like to suggest that you hire another provider or resident that can work with Dr. King to perform this service. Your front desk staff should be able to schedule follow-ups in a timely fashion. I have found they do not follow through with adding you to a wait list and they have attitude if you ask them questions which is not good patient services.

The doctor is wonderful. The staff, well, I don't know if it's the staff's fault, but it's impossible to get an appointment with him. If I could change anything, it would be that. It's very difficult to get an appointment with him. Like I said, he is wonderful.

Wonderful and caring doctor

The biggest problem is not being able to schedule future appointments. I used to get acupuncture weekly. Now I'm luck if I get it once every 3 months. I couldn't even schedule another one, because he's booked through the end of the year. This is not comprehensive care. It's time and money management. You get the money, but I don't get the time I need for actual therapeutic treatment.

Dr. King is very knowledgeable about my physical issues, willing to adapt my treatment as needed and pleasant in his demeanor.

Dr . King is wonderful and has helped reduce my mom's pain immensely.

Can not get a get an appointment when I went to. I even ask two months ahead of time and I still can't get it when I need him too many new patients . Cannot serve his old clients.

The practice is getting so busy that you cannot get appointments in a timely manner. Maybe they should not taking new patients when a doctor is full. Put new people on a waiting list for when a slot opens.

Dr King is very knowledgeable. Caring, asks how I am doing. Wants to know how I am progressing. Asks if I am doing my exercises.

He was friendly, intelligent and took his time obtaining an accurate hsitory, and educating me on what he could do for me and what the proceedure was going to take place. I really appreciate is skill . I wish I could get in more frequently .my only concern is the availablility in schedule being so full.
