The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Desimone listened carefully and took care of every concern I had. Very good experience.

It is very hard to find a medical provider who doesn't see you as just a number because, let's face it, healthcare professionals see an endless amount of people every day. But at this facility, I am in and out within 20 minutes AND I get all my needs addressed. I know I am just a number but it sure does not feel that way.

My experience with my doctor and staff are always wonderful, I don't like virtua's corporate ways of constantly upselling you with procedures, vaccinations, reminders, and scare tactics. I understand they operate like a business as opposed to truly looking out for you holistically.

Felt more like a script refiller and referral service than a personal, interested, knowledgeable doctor.

As always Dr DeSimone checked me overall with vital signs and heart and pulmonary function. She's compassionate listening to my concerns and addressing them. Couldn't ask for a nicer physician. Do I trust her with my care?? ABSOLUTELY!!!

I waited maybe 5 minutes to be taking from waiting room to exam room. Dr. DeSimone was very helpful.

[REDACTEDat the front desk noticed an issue with my ID card and explained how to get it corrected.

I'm a patient and she is my provider, but for the look of things, she listen to, reasoning, answering your questions and asked about how your family is, to me she is the best doctor I ever attended.

Dr. DeSimone is one of the most amazing providers I've ever had the pleasure of having involved in my care. I would give her an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. She knows my medical history, she genuinely cares, she actually touches me (something my previous provider did not do), she LISTENS! I've written letters to the practice manager, to her boss, to one of the executives in her chain of command and I never hear back. This woman is nothing short of AMAZING! If every provider were like her, healthcare would have would have a fabulous reputation. Virtua is beyond lucky to have her! She's INCREDIBLE!!!

I referred Dr DeSimone to my wife and parents who now see her.

I always feel very confident and comfortable when come to the office to see my primary care physician. I have confidence in Virtua and the fine physicians in this practice.

I had a meeting with my primary care dr to request a GLP-1 medication. She advised that I need to see Virtua Complete Weight Management. I would have rather had my primary care dr prescribe it and monitor me so that I don't have to see a specialist.

My experience has not been good. I am still waiting for the Doctor to respond to a medication which I need, bloodwork, echo test which is incomplete and a report where she bashed me because of something Quest did. This is very upsetting as I thought I would be in a good place. The staff communication is also very poor. This is almost a week now and I really could use someone's help. Thank you.
