I totally trust Dr. Herbst. She is my most reliable and trusted medical doctor. However I was overwhelmed by the size of the new facility. It felt sterile and formal. Being welcomed by a huge staff, it was initially difficult where I should go to check in. I prefer a smaller and more welcoming environment when I walk into a medical office.

Dr Herbst explained my test results. All was good.

Dr. Herbst is wonderful. She's knowledgeable. She always knows the history before she comes into the room. She has a great personality. She has been my daughter's endocrinology for a very, very long time, a lot of years, and then I decided when I was diabetic that I was going to see her as well. And I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. The only issue we have is that she is a very good doctor and she has a lot of patience. And Sometimes when she says come back in three to four months, it's five months before she has an opening on her schedule. Other than that, she is just wonderful. I would highly recommend her.

The new Endocrinology office location is now a long walking distance from the check in/registration area. A suggestion would be for the medical assistant to wait a bit longer before taking vital signs, especially for senior citizen patients.

I wish I could have gotten an earlier appt. For the doctor. It wasn't that urgent but it is hard to wait a few months to get an appt.

To much walking and the people at the front desk were not very friendly!!

Setting up a follow up appointment is impossible.

Dr. Herbst said that someone will call me about getting an infusion for osteoporosis, or I could set up an appointment at the desk. That was our understanding. No one's called me. That's what the desk said, not Dr. Herbst. And no one was able at that time to schedule me. So they said that it could be done through, they would reach out. And I am thinking about taking the medication for my thyroid condition. So I'd like to talk to her about that again. That's it. Thank you. So to be clear, Dr. Herbst said that when I checked out, someone would schedule me for, that was our impression, for the osteoporosis shot. Thank you.

She's really a terrific doctor and I really trust her with all my medical needs.

I am a patient of Dr. Herbst for a long time and she moved from close to me to an office in Morristown, New Jersey some number of years ago. I feel so comfortable with her and her abilities that I am willing to go once every six months and spend an hour each way to see her. So that says everything about what kind of a doctor she is.

She was most helpful in seeing that I understood exactly what the periodic blood test and especially the urine text meant concerning me.

She seemed in a rush. She's very upbeat-but that means she doesn't want to hear any negatives about staff members' care. There's always an excuse for them. And then zzzzip! She's gone. She doesn't always listen. She finished my sentences, sometimes jumping to the wrong conclusions. I had told her I didn't want to try a new prescription ant this time-and later that day, got a message on my phone from the pharmacy. The prescription was ordered. Even though I can't afford it. Oh well! But she's relentlessly cheerful!

I'm not a fan of the new location. Also, I tried to call for an appt and was 32 in the queue, with prompt to schedule online. The first available was 6 months away, so I scheduled with another provider, which caused a lot of problems. Only then, in person, was I offered an appointment one week later. The whole scheduling process was cumbersome and wasted a lot of my time.

I did mostly check in online before my appointment, but I did have to pay my copay once I got to the office. And the people checking everyone in at the office were not really officiate. The only problem I have is with the tech. She wears a mask and has an accent. I can hardly understand her when she speaks. I wear hearing aids and it is really difficult when one is wearing a mask. The accent makes it worse. She seems nice but not a great communicator.
