My pre-surgical visit was handled very professionally and comfortably. She told me everything to expect and was open for questions and she really helped me understand what was going to be happening. Awesome job.

I ended up with a fairly new person. He seems to be ok. Have to give new associates a chance.

My follow up visit went well! My wait was short. The hand assistants were very friendly...they smiled and made me feel comfortable. This group of professionals were great!

As I expected, I received quality care, professional attention, in a pleasing, comfortable environment.

As a provider who has had to handle emergencies, it was nice to see an entire facility with the compassion, patience, and overall humanity I try to show my patients.

Allison was great and listened to all of my sons questions and my concerns.

I just wanted to say that I've been coming for two weeks, two sessions a week, and they've really helped me a lot with my rehabilitation. All the staff are very kind and incredibly professional. Thank you so much to everyone, and of course to my physical therapist who has done a fantastic job with my recovery.

Good experience

I prefer a care model where I can see the doctor who cut me after the surgery. The PA can handle alot but cant answer questions pertaining to the actual surgery. There should be a better way to communicate with the doctor for questions, I used my chart to ask a question about a post op medication that Dr Smith and I discussed that the script was not sent thru for after surgery. The person who fields his questions did not send the question to him; she never communicated it to the doctor. I hsd to wait till my 2 week check up to get the medication. Allison PA took care of it; she was personable and competant.

Very professional, listened very well, answered all questions. I would recommend them to my friends.

Kind courteous and professional

Allison was wonderful with her treatment of my knee! She let me know the entire process, and I was in need if 2 shots! She was amazing with the shots! I hardly felt them because she walked me through with deep breaths and letting me know what was coming! My knee already is feeling so much better! Allison was great! I'm telling everyone about her!
