Even though the care giver was somewhat there up I feels she and the staff was somewhere else , they didn't care ,how I was feeling .I think if the doctor would of given a hoot about me she would have been there.

I thought Ms. Patel did a great job of listening to me and helped me understand that it might take longer to feel better. Before I met with her, I would say I had not been happy at all, which is why I rated my likelihood to do a recommendation as a six, but I thought she was excellent.

I wish Alpa would stop being in such a rush and not walk out the door as somebody is trying to ask her a question or finish a conversation.

I felt that there was no care plan for me. Just continue to be in constant discomfort.

The staff needs to be educated on taking patients that come to their appointments on time before the ones that show up late and still be placed in a room before the appointment following theirs.

I have not been to a doctor outside of my primary physician who has treated me in a unique way. I don't see where the health care or insurance industry as a whole allows for that. The visits are too short for that. And that is not to say that while I was there, that I was not treated well.

First of all I was there for follow-up after surgery I didn't see my regular doctor I seen some nurse who couldn't answer my questions didn't know nothing about my history didn't know nothing about the medication that I was on next time I rather see my doctor who performed the surgery and not a nurse or her assistant or whoever

1st the appointment was made with a different person without letting me know. 2nd virtua purchased reconstructive not the other way around and everything says reconstructive now Terrible Terrible Terrible phone system. hours to speak with someone and you can't even speak with the office. Absolute disgrace

It would have been nice to know in advance that I wasn't going to be seeing the doctor that did my Injection.

I wasn't sure about whether my diagnosis was correct. She basically told me that they know what's best and that I should do what they say instead of discussing my concerns more deeply. I agreed to a cortisone shot and was told that they would get back to me in a day or two to schedule it. It's been five days and counting and I still haven't received a call to schedule it. I called and received a my chart message back that said they were scheduling patients in the order that they came in. It's a good thing that my pain level is only at a 3-4. If I was in serious pain I don't know what I would do.

I felt rushed. Test results weren't in yet so I felt like nothing was going to be done for my discomfort until further notice. Felt like the visit was a waste of my time. Was disappointed.
