Provider is wonderful. The Scheduling team, absolutely AWFUL. I would never recommend this office to anyone because of my experiences with the Scheduling Specialist.

I asked a question of Dr. Patel and as far as I know, last Friday, I still haven't gotten an answer. I would have liked some kind of answer today, this morning.

It's nice to have providers and their staff that are very professional yet they actually TALK to me like a person and not a patient. There's not many places you can go for care and have a joke or something funny to say and laugh at. I don't trust anyone else with my procedures except Dr [REDACTED] and his staff. I hope he doesn't retire before I die of old age in 2063 ?

Alpa is awesome. She really listens and treats me with respect and kindness. She answers my questions and reviews my medical record in detail and I appreciate her for that. I think that the practice has its limits and my treatment may be beyond what their treatment limits allow, so I may have to seek another provider for that reason. However, within their limits, they are pretty good.

I was supposed to have a a prescription for Flexeril on Monday I never got it. I talked to a on-call operator. The on-call doctor never called me back that night which they were supposed to Tuesday. Same thing couple more phone calls to the office no prescription. She replied to me via MyChart and said that it was sent, and they got it. I called mine provider and I went to Walgreens. They said no it's not there and then the person that I was talking to said she'd put a high priority on it. Never got a call that day either call the on-call. The doctor answered. Call me back. She gave me two pills for it next day same damn thing why is it so hard to get a prescription done the on-call doctor last night finally got it done. It's only a prescription. How hard is that this is the worst customer service and treatment that I've had in a long time. Virtua was going downhill.

She was very helpful to me by forwarding a message to a scheduler in the office

I didn't see my health provider. I saw her assistant, and I was upset cause I got there before my appointment and I waited in the waiting area for an hour and a half and when the doctor finally saw me, she thought that I had canceled. She didn't even know I was there. I was disappointed that I didn't see Dr. [REDACTED], she wasn't in yesterday because had she been there I wouldn't have passed through bad moment. She is an amazing doctor and I feel comfortable with her. She knows everything about me even my other medical issues. I'm sorry she wasn't there for me.

Felt like I was being rushed and not listened to

I felt as if I was dismissed. It was a very defeating Appt. and I did not feel as if the doctor understood me or my case whatsoever. I honestly don't think I will be going back.

Did not honor appointment time which was always set up by Doctor before we left last appointment, which is on a monthly basis. Receptionist didn't want to listen as to our over 2 year monthly procedure . Then misread my info on screen and still had me at wrong living place

Alpa was very competent and took time to answer all my questions. Professional and caring. My only small comment would be she frequently was pulling and shaking her hair backwards which was annoying to watch for a professional. Suggestion would be to get a hair clip or ponytail holder if it is frequently in her way.

My experience with Reconstructive Orthopedic spans nine years, most of those appointments ending with referral to PT. Reconstruction was NEVER presented as a remedy for the chronic pain of my right hip. I feel that most of my appointments were a waste of time and that's the reason I would never recommend your services to anyone!

I love how kind and thoughtful everyone is and welcoming and it's easy to set up an appointment. It's very easy when you arrive and everyone is just wonderful. I have any complaints and I don't think anything should change. Thank you.

From start to finish, I am happy with the health care I received. I was treated uniquely, received a diagnosis and a plan of action for what to do next.

Even though the care giver was somewhat there up I feels she and the staff was somewhere else , they didn't care ,how I was feeling .I think if the doctor would of given a hoot about me she would have been there.

I thought Ms. Patel did a great job of listening to me and helped me understand that it might take longer to feel better. Before I met with her, I would say I had not been happy at all, which is why I rated my likelihood to do a recommendation as a six, but I thought she was excellent.

I wish Alpa would stop being in such a rush and not walk out the door as somebody is trying to ask her a question or finish a conversation.

I felt that there was no care plan for me. Just continue to be in constant discomfort.

The staff needs to be educated on taking patients that come to their appointments on time before the ones that show up late and still be placed in a room before the appointment following theirs.

I have not been to a doctor outside of my primary physician who has treated me in a unique way. I don't see where the health care or insurance industry as a whole allows for that. The visits are too short for that. And that is not to say that while I was there, that I was not treated well.
