Not only did Dr Raja listen to me he followed up with my other doctors on possibly a new plan of action. He then asked if I could return to the office in 2 days, he would fit me in between patients, and bring me up to date.

Staff, students and Doctor were absolutely wonderful and cordial. Very nice relaxed atmosphere.

Dr Raja and staff are the best and have helped me experience pain relief when all other treatments failed. Dr Raja continues to aggressively pursue treatments that will continue pain relief.

Hi, I would have preferred to proceed with another round of Ayovora cryoneuralysis prior to the SGV block. That's probably the only adjustment or modification I would have made. But, you know, I get along and like Dr. Raja overall.

Dr.Raja and the front desk and the entire team are always so supportive, polite and helpful. My favorite doctor to see!!

E chart documented 97% pulse ox. It was never measured so I question why was that recorded in my chart?

I wish there was more appointment availability, but I was placed on a waitlist if any sooner openings present themselves.

Dr. Raja is very good at what he does. He uses modern machinery like an ultrasound machine or I forget what it's called to put the needle in. He's very good and he is a good teacher for other residents. I really love him. I think he's a great doctor and is much more mature than his young age. He's very good. Thank you.

Dr. Raja is excellent. I am a Sonographer and I can appreciate his phenomenal ultrasound skills. Very informative with a great bedside manner. Staff was nice as well... especially the young MA.... Sorry, I don't remember his name.

The interns and students were a pleasure and on hands with questions and testing. Felt very comfortable with all 4. I believe they can also teach the doctors new ideas and techniques.

While my provider knows me well. The resident and med student were not at all prepared. I'm a nurse practitioner. If I ever approached a patient without reviewing their chart, I would have failed nursing school. It's disrespectful.

Appointment time is not good. Much too long of a wait.

I had an injection to relieve pain but I am in worse pain and I called the office and left a message and didn't receive a phone call back. Very disappointing!

Top notch care from all involved. Will be referring all my friends and family.

Dr. Raja, his residents, the frontend staff and MAs were all so kind and helpful. This was my first time seeing him and he is super pleasant and very receptive to my input. I hope I won't have to see him again, but if I do I don't mind since he is a compassionate doctor.

I saw Dr [REDACTED] in April. Then couldn't get him to message me. He was on leave. Was supposed to hear from Dr [REDACTED]. Never called. Messaged [REDACTED]. She said Dr [REDACTED] would call me. No call. Called [REDACTED], she left practice. These responses did not make me happy! Do you care about your patients?????? Finally made an in person appt with Dr Raja just so I could talk with someone. He was excellent. Answered my questions and helped me. Shouldn't have taken 4 months. Really. But all is good now.

Didn't feel more like a patient, felt more like a number in his day and very unlikely I would return. I will not return. I mean, uh, just don't have any respect for the patients. When I called to find out what the results were of my MRI, you know, no one called me back, said that they couldn't read them there. And then they would call me in two days and never did. And just What was the point of me going there? I took off work to go to that day, and nothing got solved. They don't have any course of action to fix my back. So it was a complete waste of time. They got paid for it though, I'm sure, but they didn't do anything in their respect. So there you go. Thank you.

All the people working in the neuromuscular institute are also friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It's my one doctor that I look forward to going to and they have been able to relieve pain and pressure in my body without medications ? I look forward to each and every time I get to come see them from when you walk in the door, till the moment you walk out. You feel not only heard but special, they truly care about the patients

Dr has a friendly personality and he's very knowledgeable.

I find it difficult to express the kind of pain I'm having and they are patient with me in my explanations.

On my first visit the doctor was able to pinpoint where my pain was coming from doing a physical examination and ultrasound. He gave me answers to why I having constant pain for years.

As always, Dr. Raja was well informed and up to date on my condition and spent time covering all my options for treatment. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient while covering all the potential risks and outcomes for the proposed treatment plans.

Could ultrasound of right groin/been done at same appt? Didn't seem to be overly familiar w/MRI approval process & how time consuming that can be re: NEW left hip contrast request for approved order.

Dr. Raja invested quite a bit of time listening to my symptoms and concerns. He and his staff are absolutely awesome.
