The staff was very friendly, easy to make an appointment. Alyssa always takes time with me, answers questions, tells me what she recommends that we should do. I never feel rushed. So I feel very comfortable going to the facility. It's clean. And most of all, they make me feel comfortable and confident in their ability on caring for me. Thank you.

disappointed that it was recommended that I make an appointment for physical therapy (following the examination by the PA). Because of the pain that I was having, a cortisone injection would have remedied the issue without having to have PT which to me would be just a delay in obtaining the injection and cause the insurance to be charged. As a 'golden oldie' I feel that the injection would have been more effective. But I assume that the PA was following protocol in recommending the PT.

2:00 PM APPOINTMENT ARRIVED 1:45, 2:30 PUT IN A ROOM 2:50 SAW A PA for less then 10 mins. I would think the doctor who did the knee replacement would atleast stop in. PA was very abrupt. Checkout took another 30 mins, I left Worst experience I had with this facility

Everyone was great!

I was extremely happy with the care I received from the staff and the doctor that gave me the shot, especially the doctor that gave me the shot. I didn't feel really any pain at all. So I was very grateful for that. And the scheduler got me in the very next day after I called, which was wonderful. It was really crowded there. There was a lot of people, so the staff got me in and got me out, got my shot, and everything was good. Unfortunately, the shot didn't work, but that's nobody else's fault. It's just what it is because I'm at that point where I need a new replacement. But regardless, the staff were wonderful. The doctor was wonderful, and I've always appreciated everything you guys do. Thank you so much.

I was seen in a timely manner the following week after I called. Very nice staff. Alyssa is pleasant, very knowledgeable, and I'm very confident her treating my knees.

While making my appointment I was disconnected five times, twice I had to get call backs. Finally I spoke to someone and I was required to have an evaluation for something that was previously diagnosed. Waste of my time, now I'm waiting on a call back to schedule services after they're approved, however my insurance doesn't require an approval for this service. Now I'm waiting for a call to tell me when I'll get service.
