I went there for knee pain and he examined me and asked me different questions about my pain and he also said that since I had sciatica and some pain is related to that that I should see a doctor for that also

The PA I saw Andrew was extremely personable and professional. We discussed several options, moving forward for the care of my knee. I appreciated his input and expertise and thought process.

The whole staff was professional and nice. The Dr. explained the procedure, asked if I had any questions or concerns and was easy to talk to.

Overall experience was great, great location, easy scheduling, front desk staff was excellent and waited on me promptly, I was kept informed, they assisted me with a wheel chair because I was in pain. My wait time before seeing a doctor was minimal. The doctor inter the room and introduced himself and addressed me by name. We briefly discussed my concerns and I recieved my injection. I was also assisted in a wheel chair to check out. One thing I would like to see Inproved I'm now a self pay because I lost my insurance. I wasn't able to be given the actual cost of my visit so that I could take of the 50% discount none of the staff knew the cost of service. I was told one thing and handed a bill for a different price which was much higher. There needs to be a standard price for self pay and patients should know the cost before services are rendered. Outside of the payment situation the service was top tier service. I'm glad to be back with my virtua family.

Your phone systems are terrible and trying to get a hold of someone is terrible.

The PA was wonderful. Dr [REDACTED] is wonderful. Being harassed by Healthmark to pay them just to process my FMLA paperwork? That may end up being a dealbreaker for any upcoming surgeries. Seriously.

Saw the provider in a timely manner. He was very thorough and I was completely satisfied.

Drew, the PA, helped me, listened to me, and gave me an injection. He did an excellent job, tried to help me, give me advice, and gave me some information about what to do as far as exercises and stuff. And also, there's an assistant there, who was not an assistant, she was the office at the beginning, and her name was [Redacted], and she helped me get a lot of the information, the information about the exercises and things I could do for therapy. So [Redacted]got the paperwork for me with the pictures of the exercises, so she also helped me a lot.

Dr. Bergman was very knowledgeable about my condition. He also provided longterm insight into treatment and expectations. He gave me a list of exercises that included and complimented the exercises I am getting in physical therapy. I am good.

Andrew was the P.A. who saw me. He took his time and explained everything clearly. I didn't feel rushed. That's something a lot of medical facilities are lacking these days. Older people especially, appreciate that.

[Redacted]at the front desk was just lovely; welcoming and easy to talk to. Andrew was very attentive and caring and came up with a conservative plan for my knee problems however, should things worsen, he explained a back-up plan. I felt very comfortable with both [Redacted]and Andrew!

Recently had surgery at the Vantage surgical center in Moorestown and I can't say enough good things about how I was treated. They were very caring and treated me well.

The provider and everyone in the office was awesome.

I have a referral to goto a hand specialist near me that still hurts.I go to the doctor in Cherry Hill for my reverse shoulder replacement.I have More PT to do.

My visit was handled efficiently courteous and professionally. Highly recommend Dr Bergman. Problem is : he was going to prepare some exercise guidelines for help strengthening my left shoulder but my wife thought I had them and I thought she did. We have been trying for 3 days to get them mailed or emailed but to no avail.

Everybody from the time I walked in the door to rapidly getting my, to see my provider, and it was Dr. Bergman, I believe, and he was wonderful.
