Office visit experience was good, but this facility's telephone system would greatly benefit from improvement. The menu doesn't cover all the reasons a patient may be calling about.

Walked through the door, had prompt service, checking in, sat down, two, three minutes, his nurse came out and got me. She checked me in very courteous, like she is always. Came in the room, took the information, laughed, joked, very courtesy, made me feel comfortable, like she does always. And then the doctor came in, felt very comfortable, very polite, went over our medical history, and made a follow-up appointment. Listened to me, discussed things with me, and I would recommend him to anybody that needs a gastro doctor. Very courteous and very polite. The whole staff.

Appointment was right on time. No waiting. Dr. Z had all my medical information and explained upcoming procedure.

I actually switched from a different gastro dr because I felt like he brushed me aside and didn't listen, didn't do a physical and had already decided the course of treatment without even talking with me. This dr was top notch. Ask questions, let me talk, gave me options and I really felt like he was there for me and my health. Like I wasn't just a number and he had to get to the next patient. He smiled, he listen and I 100% felt like he truly cared and was vested in my care. I can not thank him enough for renewing my faith in a gastrointestinal doctor!!!

They are specialized doctors who know how to listen to their patients and know what to do when a patient needs urgent medical attention.

The service was spectacular. I really enjoyed it. All the attention, the service, the staff was friendly and respectful. And the doctor was amazing. He even spoke Spanish! I loved him, and his work was spectacular. If I were a star, I'd give them all 10 stars. Thank you. Bye.

It's is very difficult to have what I have. It is also very uncomfortable and embarrassing to talk about. Living with it makes every single aspect and day of life challenging. There was very little compassion mostly he just wanted out of the room with me. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. I also know it is contagious but only if you come in contact with it. I am extremely cautious and thorough about not transferring or spreading it. I have managed this for almost a year with out anyone I know or live with contracting it. I know you couldn't know that upon just meeting me however treating me like an infection isn't the answer to that. It took a lot of effort from my family doc to convince me to go to this doc whom was recommended. Being gentle with patients both physically and mentally as a whole helps people to believe that you actually care and want to help them to get better.

I was pleased with my appointment.

The young male doctor was human, he did not behave above me. I was able to answer his questions without anxiety or fear. The staff was warm and pleasant; I even found his assistant Fun and Likeable.

The doctor was wonderful and I trusted him in every way. He was very friendly and interpersonal and he knew my past history and proposed another procedure. However, and here is my complaint, the other procedure could not be scheduled until January and I really wanted to get this scheduled like certainly within the next few weeks and most definitely before the end of the year so before my insurance has to start all over again. So I think I'd like to see the results quickly but that was the date they gave me so I accepted it but I was not happy at all about it.

Dr. wrote a script for pain medication to help with the intestinal and peri-rectal pain I'm experiencing during the flare up. I explained i currently take pain medication daily but during this flare, the pain gets immensely more intense. The medication he wrote is the same as I'm currently prescribed (10mg oxycodone), so to the pharmacy it looks like I'm trying to fill my script early. I called the office an hour after my appointment to explain. I didn't hear back from anyone for 3 hours so I called again to ask if the doctor could change it to a lower dose or different medication. The receptionist then told me that the doctor said he will not change the script and to go to the hospital if the pain worsens. I'm at 70+ procedures and well over 150 hospital stays due to crohns. I try to avoid the hospital until I physically cannot anymore. I don't want to be a burden to anyone. I'll try to schedule with Penn or look into the GI team at Atlantic Care. I've had procedures and hospital stays with them in the past.

Very fast service. I tried to schedule on line, but they made me come in. I was in the office under 15mins from start to finish. This was a first time mtg with this Dr to setup a colonoscopy. So very quick.

Dr. Zabolotsky is absolutely terrific. To begin with he is one of the top gastro doctors. He does my colonoscopies and recently had a bowel problem that he corrected. My daughter is ready for her first colonoscopy and I strongly recommended him to her.
