They don't take you on time. I had to wait over 20 minutes. 10:30 appointment, they took me at 10 out of 11. Long time to wait.

This was the 3rd PA, that I have seen over the years at this location, and as usual the experience was top-notch. I can not recommend a better team of professionals.

Drew Mantone did an excellent job of explaining the whole hip replacement process and putting me at ease.

My appointment was right on time and staff was courteous and friendly. Andrew the PA I had my pre-op with was very thorough and informative and answered all questions I asked.

Andrew was very thorough, understanding and empathetic - qualities not always see in the medical profession. Andrew also assisted with an ancillary migraine episode where support was difficult to find

The experience was fine but would be nice if you could see the same PA when you make your follow up appointment. I guess there is a reason for it. People at front desk were very nice and professional. Appointment was taken on time.

There is lack of continuity in care, as I've seen at least five different PAs in the past year. Post-op support and education to patients needs improvement.

He compared my x-rays from 4 months with my new ones, so I could see there was no difference. I felt much better.

Yes, I had a wonderful experience. He listened to me. He came up with some solutions for my nausea and vomiting after surgery and how we could attack that problem. I've even communicated with him on my chart and he's gotten back to me. So I had a very good experience. Thank you. Bye.

My experience so far everywhere in Virtua has been impressive. This knee replacement is my first ever experience at Virtua.

I do not live in the South Jersey area. I live in the Adirondack mountains of New York State. I travel 350 to 400 miles because of the complete trust that I have in the virtua healthcare system! Virtua has saved my life once, and enhanced my life several other times. I don't know if anyone really reads these surveys, but hopefully someone does because I am forever grateful for the care that I receive.

Excellent care provider~ knowledgeable, professional, attentive. Good communication. Explained everything well and answered questions to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this care provider and entire practice . Everyone is great from the minute you walk in to the reception area til the moment you leave.

I was disappointed I scheduled with my surgeon and was put with a PA without being told my surgeon wouldn't be there. I had concerns that were sidestepped. The documentation in my chart is completely wrong which tells me my PA wasn't listening as I suspected
