What a Pleasure to be seen within hours of my call because of serious medical worries

I am quite pleased with what transpired in my visit, even though I was uncomfortable when my test started that happened before the visit. The doctor, the technician, and the nurses made me feel comfortable and took the time that was necessary for me to come back around to myself. I'm greatly appreciative and thank you.

I had a great visit from the car park to the front desk, to the receptionist, and ending with the doctor. Everyone was polite and warm. It was obvious that the doctor spoke from an informed place based on his references to my history. He asked several times during the conversation if I understood his explanations and if I had any questions. I felt understood and informed when I left.

Dr. Lee and staff were courteous, professional and prompt. If there were issues, they were discussed and he encouraged me to call at any time if something should arise which is deeply appreciated.

Pre check in online makes the day of the appointment so much better - less stress. I did find the waiting area too cold. I had a vest on but could have used my winter coat or an afghan.

Dr. Lee and I had a discussion about the amount of sleep and the levels of sleep that someone my age should get. Very informative.

Staff person who did the PFT testing during this office visit was great!!!! (I was actually dreading having this testing done because last time I had PFTs at this office the person who did the testing was annoyed with my questions during the test and snippy).

Please stop calling at dinner time. This is really annoying.

I feel Dr.Lee always listens and cares when I am being seen in his office. He is very thorough and explains everything in an easy to understand manner.
