The provider was very friendly and he answered all of my questions. He gave me simple answers that wasn't confusing. He didn't do a whole lot of medical doctor talk. He talked to me like a plain person and I really appreciated that. Thank you.

Care was professional and exemplary.

He listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan to change when I take my meds. He checked my incision and took plenty of time to answer my questions and those of my husband. It was a good visit.

Dr Andrew was supposed to send 3 prescriptions over and the pharmacy only had 2 during my pick up and I attempted to call the office to find out why and it us difficult to get thru

Virtua is very organized from start to finish. Meaning the administrative part is good. Doctors are very complete and thorough. The whole appointment was a pleasure. ?

Though he was great to finally talk with, the wait time to see the actual doctor was extremely too long. He was unable to come into my room until 30 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for.

Check in and check out was very smooth, and the visit with the PA was very detailed and he answered all my questions.

Very pleasant experience, considering I was in a lot of pain.

The Dr. AJ. Really seemed to know my specific problem. Now it's up to me to exercise and keep moving. See how it turns out!

This practice always goes above and beyond from the check-in staff to the medical assistants, radiology staff, RNs, PAs & doctors. I've always felt like i was actually cared about and not just another patient to them. Great experiences as always!

Takes too long to get appointments - then they cancel what you have but don't call to let you know! The NEW PHONE SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! A real pain to navigate, you end up 81st in que, you put in for call back and have no idea how long the wait will be- the caller id for the call back doesn't say who it's from so unless you want to tie up the phone with junk calls you have to put up with you end up missing the call and have to start all over again!!! Not to mention that if you finally connect you have to jump thru hoops to MAYBE get sent to where you need to be!!! I like my doctors , but I may switch just because of that lousy phone system that I'm sure cost a bundle, that technically I'm paying for with my high co-pays & get nothing for it!!! My care is being diminished & compromised and I can't get thru to talk to anyone!!!

I usually see [redacted], but this time I saw his PA AJ Winkler. AJ was excellent during my visit. He knew my history and my current conditions. He answered my questions and explained things very well. I would highly recommend Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics and both [redacted] and his PA AJ Winkler.

Fanatic Doctor's with Fanatic Team Members

A J Winkler,PA listened to my concerns and reviewed my X-rays with my husband and I. He explained the X-ray image in detail. When prescribing medication he had knowledge of my current medications and made sure that new medication would not interfere with the old. He is the best ! Professional and caring . The X-ray technician was also professional and went out of her was to make sure that I had no discomfort with the positions needed for the X-rays.

The Virtua scheduling process was very difficult to use. two days of trying to get through and schedule and appointment.

My PA listened to all my concerns. He answered all my questions. I appreciate the care I received.

I like this provider as well as my other Virtua providers because there is very little waiting in the waiting room before someone takes me to the exam room.

The doctor was amazing and very compassionate! I really felt like he understood my concerns and addressed my issues with my post surgical residual nerve pain levels as well as gave me hope that my numbness and full use of my arm would eventually come back. I went from having full use to limited movement in a matter of days and it's very scary. He really helped alleviate my stress and anxiety! Plus the staff was super friendly and supportive!

All was good, only disappointment was bot seeing surgeon post op... PA came by said he would come back but did not... was too busy with another op.

Mr. Winkler was professional and very personable. He was reassuring and clear about what I can expect regarding my surgery.

I was very worried about what is going on with my leg after lumbar fusion and I got all my questions answered. He took the time to listen and made me feel better because what iam experiencing is normal after this surgery. I left feeling relieved and no longer scared.

Excellent experience. He took time to thoroughly explain imagining. Listened and addressed all of my concerns. I felt extremely better after this appointment. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and I work for an orthopedic doctor.
