Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Paul is delightful and very attentive. She is thorough and aware of my history. Of note, the office appeared clean however it smelled like cigarettes or a dirty ashtray.

Sometimes both my wife and I had difficulty understanding the Provider, and we had to ask that she repeat what she said. That was uncomfortable for us, and probably for her also...

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/9/2025
It was my first visit with Dr. Paul. It did take a couple of months before I could get an appointment because I called like in the summer. But I understand it's a specialist and she's a specialist so it might take a little longer. But she did know about my medicine I used, the condition I had, and she listened to everything I said and she made great suggestions for our next visit. And she was informative with telling me a couple of things I didn't know about my medication and also my condition. So I really appreciated that and she was very nice. So yes, I would refer her.

So the visit was okay. I had to do the online check-in first. And when I did the online check-in, they gave me the option to pay the $40 copayment. However, I went ahead and paid it just so that I wouldn't have to do it at the front desk. But when I got to the front desk, She did not see that I had already paid it in her system, so I had to go ahead and pay it again, which was a huge inconvenience. I went ahead and paid it again. Something tells me that not everybody else is going to be okay with paying it again. The thing is how most people do get a copayment, and it was a $40 copayment, so not everybody

It's always a good experience with Dr. Paul. She's always been a saint, and we always think pretty much she'll try to inform me as best as possible. She wants me to be well. I have to say I should thank her so much for everything and for listening. And keep up the good work. Yes.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/3/2025
My prescription needed authorization and that was not obtained and has still has not been obtained. I don't like the layers between pt and Dr communication and the time it takes to get a response.

I love Dr. Paul. I think she's a great doctor and a pleasure to deal with. But I hate calling that practice. The call center sucks. I'd give it a zero. And I'm not very happy with that, which I have discussed with Dr. Paul. Again, I think she's terrific. I think the administration and management of your practice sucks.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/5/2025

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/27/2025
Dry kind people.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/23/2025
She was very dismissive and recommended I see specialists I told her I have recently seen, specialists who referred me to endocrinology in the first place. I was just bounced back to them with no new information and no treatment, she essentially told me to deal with it. I was offered nothing, she did not care about how I felt. I've tried many medications and had surgery, I'm just trying to feel better and more balanced and she did nothing. I waited months for the appointment and had to drive a long way. It felt like such a waste.

Highly recommend this practice to anyone that's diabetic!
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/8/2025
As a point of reference, when you are meeting a new client and they require blood work so you can make the meeting beneficial on both parts to review in detail, please make sure you ask the client to get blood work done before the meeting, and that can already be established, and we can go over everything at the meeting with them. Not get to the meeting, realize there's no current blood work to review, and then, you know, discuss some stuff, but then say, okay, get the blood work done now, and then, you know, we'll follow up. All that should have been taken care of prior to meeting, because it takes three months to get an appointment.

Not a good visit and f/u was worse. I was read the doctors note and that's how I was informed my med was decreased. My med was not called to the pharmacy for days even though the dose was decreased. I called twice to inquire. Still no call back. Optum Rx emailed me, a med was being processed. I had to call them to see what med!

Hello, Dr. Anju Paul. It was very thorough, and as we met her for the first time, but she came prepared with the chart, and she's a good listener. She listened to all of our complaints and discussed the plan of the treatment with us, and I was very happy to see her, and I'll recommend her to any of my friends and family. Thank you.
