It was fine. No one sent my prescription to my pharmacy.

I would just want to mention that I felt Dr. Paul did not fully explain why my dosage of Ozempic was being raised. I'm not totally sure of the reasoning and a clearer explanation would have been appreciated. That's it.

Dr Paul has always treated me with utmost respect and has always displayed professionalism. I look forward to my visits.

Excellent staff

The staff at check-in was personable, professional, and very kind. And then the next person I saw, the next person who then took my blood pressure and reviewed my records, my information, they were professional and kind also. And then Dr. Anju Paul, she was absolutely wonderful. And I'm so grateful that I have her as my doctor now. And it tickled me because my last name is Paul also, but the service I received that day was outstanding.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Paul is delightful and very attentive. She is thorough and aware of my history. Of note, the office appeared clean however it smelled like cigarettes or a dirty ashtray.

The doctor didn't know about my previous history because that was my first visit to her office. She was very helpful and understanding of my health issues.

Doctor Paul explained everything about my condition and what I needed to do.

This was my first experience with an endocrinologist. Both Dr. Paul and her staff were awesome and made me feel very comfortable.

I have called the office the following two days about questions and received no call back for either of my questions. I feel like my concerns are not addressed in a timely manner.

Every one there, especially the assistant tech who explained and demonstrated the correct usage of a new injector pen for insulin for me, were so nice and professional.

Hate going to office. Rather telehealth and it's flu season. Are they cleaning the offices properly? I don't know that they are.

It was my first visit with Dr. Paul. It did take a couple of months before I could get an appointment because I called like in the summer. But I understand it's a specialist and she's a specialist so it might take a little longer. But she did know about my medicine I used, the condition I had, and she listened to everything I said and she made great suggestions for our next visit. And she was informative with telling me a couple of things I didn't know about my medication and also my condition. So I really appreciated that and she was very nice. So yes, I would refer her.

So the visit was okay. I had to do the online check-in first. And when I did the online check-in, they gave me the option to pay the $40 copayment. However, I went ahead and paid it just so that I wouldn't have to do it at the front desk. But when I got to the front desk, She did not see that I had already paid it in her system, so I had to go ahead and pay it again, which was a huge inconvenience. I went ahead and paid it again. Something tells me that not everybody else is going to be okay with paying it again. The thing is how most people do get a copayment, and it was a $40 copayment, so not everybody

It's always a good experience with Dr. Paul. She's always been a saint, and we always think pretty much she'll try to inform me as best as possible. She wants me to be well. I have to say I should thank her so much for everything and for listening. And keep up the good work. Yes.

My prescription needed authorization and that was not obtained and has still has not been obtained. I don't like the layers between pt and Dr communication and the time it takes to get a response.

I'm sorry to leave Virtua doctors that have cared for me all these years just because of one doctor that disrespected me and my body.

Don't discuss health issues or physicians with others

The doctor wanted to see me in three months and I could not get an appointment for five months. If this trend continues of not being able to get timely appointments, I will move on to another doctor.
