Super nice folks, caring, knowledgeable and professional

My doctor is not listening where my pain is and the fact that I am not getting any satisfaction from physical therapy. I don't know what to do at this point. There's no medication I can take to make me feel better and the physical therapy is not helping. Thank you.

I feel that the front desk people where you check in should be a little accommodating and a little more pleasant. She did not say good morning. She didn't even look at my face. The checkout people were wonderful. They helped me very much. And the doctor assistant and the PA was also wonderful. I'm just saying the front desk girl was not very pleasant, didn't even look at us in our face. Thank you.

The caretakers were very kind. They didn't always serve the food that was promised though. Peaches would be on the menu and they would give apricots instead. Bad for people with allergies. Also bathrooms were not cleaned well enough. Most of the nurses and aids I really liked though. They were great as well as the physical therapists. I really liked [REDACTED]. Thank you for taking care go me.
