This was my first visit and I had a great experience with everybody. It may be better to ask these questions after I get into treatment.

Dr. Mehta was professional at kind. The visit was pleasant from check in to check out. The check-in person was courteous and kind and the medical assistant was very nice. Dr. Mehta was very thorough with her examination and came up with a great plan to treat my medical issue. Highly recommended!

Dr. Mehta was extremely thorough and explained my condition and upcoming treatment in detail. I was also very appreciative on how quickly I obtained the appointment.

My experience was ok. The provider did offer some suggestions on what she thought I should be checked for.

Front desk to Doctor were all kind and caring

My problem is not with the staff, they are always polite and accommodating, I guess that is why I haven't left. Originally, they were in the Hurfville office that is 2 lights from my house. I now have to drive 45 minutes or more depending on the traffic. The new distance is not favorable for me.

Dr. Mehta was very professional, caring, and very thorough.

Trying to call Virtua re: most reasons to call a doctor there or leave a message for a provider is most frustrating. To be anywhere between 18 or 35 in the cue is ridiculous even if you can have them call you back when it's your turn.

My doctor listens to me and helps me

I truly trust Dr. Mehta with my spine. She continues to help me and she administers epidurals for me. Her injections work way better and longer than my previous pain specialist. Scheduling an appointment is fast and expeditiously.

Office was nice and clean. Ck in was great since it was my first visit. Dr. Mehta was as just as nice and professional as I was told. She made me and my husband feel very at ease. Loved how she explained everything to me so I could understand what would be done.

The doctor was great. However, the receptionist, the one receptionist at the front desk, was rude, extremely rude to me. And I did not appreciate it. And I did tell somebody about it.

Appointment time was a suggestion as I had to wait an additional 40 minutes in the exam room to be seen for roughly 5 minutes treated like a number and not a patient

Trying to reach the office is ridiculous. Whatever automation you have is ridiculous. You cannot reach the office directly you get a call center after a hour plus hold and you still cannot reach the office. I need answers from the office and cannot speak with anyone after Trying for 3 days. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the I booked the appointment the procedure concierge for employee, said I can't book it and hangs up on me. And why does everything say reconstructive orthopedic when I'm not calling them? Yes I know you bought them out, but I'm not calling that office.
