I don't think he spent enough time with me to know what my feelings were about how I felt that day. I still had questions when I left . He seem to brush me off.

I've been with Dr Salerno for about 39 years. He delivered my daughter and her son. He asks about my family, addresses every aspect of my care and makes sure I have medication refills and scripts I need. He misses nothing! I always leave my annual appt grateful for the care I receive. His office staff is always pleasant and professional!

Dr Salerno and his nurse Debbie in the Stratford office were wonderful I've been with Dr Salerno for a long time and I love him as my doctor he's caring he's listens to everything and he's just wonderful and Debbie was wonderful also I would not change for anything

From office staff Carol and Jasmine to my nurse and Dr. Salerno everyone was so kind and reassuring. I had quite a bit of anxiety and Dr.Salerno was gentle and quick but explained my treatment. I selected him based on his experience and reviews and was so happy with his care.

He denied me my birth control pills and said he was holding them hostage until I get a mammogram. Getting a mammogram is my own personal choice and decision and should not infringe on the care I receive. I made an appointment with another doctor in another practice

Dr. Salerno is the best. I have been a patient for years and years. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. He treats you like family. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

The staff from the receptionist to the medical assistant and physician everyone was amazing. The care I received was high level and just what I needed in a difficult situation. I recently switched providers to this office and am so happy I did because they took care of my medical issues in a timely and considerate matter. I don't think I would've received such great care anywhere else.

Everybody was friendly and I absolutely love Dr. Salerno.

I had a good experience however for new patients the office might be updated a little. It doesn't bother me but the scale is not digital, there's no indicator button to press if you are ready and the office in general seems a little dated. This has not impacted my particular experience but could impact others.

I was really nervous when I got there but everyone was so friendly and nice I was able to feel comfortable

Dr Salerno has been my doctor for over 37 years. An excellent caring person. I dread the year I call for an appointment and he has retired!! The nurse assisting him and all the front desk people could not be more accommodating!

An appointment with a gynecologist can make you feel very anxious. It happens to me every time I schedule my appointment. I am fortunate that I am a patient of Dr. Salerno's. The minute he walks into the room I feel like I can relax. His personality makes me feel very comfortable. He is thorough and he takes the time to explain everything to me. If I have questions or concerns he immediately answers them.

Your online patient portal is not user friendly. When trying to do the previsit questionnaire, it kicked me off. I didn't attempt again. It's also not compatible with Epic used by my other providers& makes info sharing difficult. Isn't the E record supposed to make info gathering & sharing better?

I've been to a lot of doctor's offices this past month, and I can honestly say that this is the only office where people treat you with respect and they listen to you. The doctor listens to you, and I wouldn't trade him for the world.

I was very pleased with the facilities. I had never seen it. It was a good choice. I was pleased that I could have the blood work done right there. I had never met Dr. Salerno, but he was a real peach and I would recommend him to anybody.
