The staff was very professional and courteous from the beginning to end of my visit.

Dr.Hoti couldn't have given me a better first visit experience. I wanted to switch providers and I find a gem in her.

My primary doctor; Dr. Hoti, is just phenomenal. She also has had wonderful assistants who make me feel comfortable. First impressions are important. I first meet Dr. Hoti approximately 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with a life threatening condition. From the beginning of my diagnosis, Dr. Hoti has never made me feel stupid, small or unimportant. Dr. Hoti treats me, as an individual. She respects me, she listens to all of my complaining, and she is NOT judgemental! She also keeps abreast with all of my other doctors and their findings/results. If needed, she will explain things in a way I can understand....even blood work. I totally feel as if she goes over and above all my expectations. Thank You Dr.Hoti!!!.....and those who hired you. She is a wonderful asset to your company.

I love Dr Hoti. She has a lot of knowledge about pain & the anatomy. She has been helping me with my lower back pain & gives me advice on stretching & exercising. Dr Hoti has also explained the GLP-1 shot for my weight management. I'm using Form Health from my job to look at my health profile to see what is the best medication for me to take. Dr Hoti is a great addition to the team of doctors at Virtua in Marlton!

Hello, I was given my appointment fairly quickly when I called to say that I was sick. This doesn't usually happen. I'm finding it very, very hard to get an appointment with doctors there, although it's not their fault. It's not. The doctors themselves are excellent, attentive, and caring. So are the staff. I can't praise them highly enough. It's just sometimes getting accessibility. But in this case, I got there when I needed to get there, and I appreciate that. Thank you.

My husband has dementia they treated him like gold and it helped me. I couldn't thank them enough.

There are occasions where the check in staff are not conducting themselves in a professional manner. They maintain personal/private conversations that are inappropriate and can make the patient feel uncomfortable and an intrusion to their daily conversation.

I have been waiting for lab results ever since. To me this to long to wait for a urinalysis. I am not thrilled with corporate medicine. Older people can not operate this. My Chart stuff. Sorry I'm not unhappy with the doctor I am unhappy with the system. Thanks for reading [PHI]

Dr Hoti knew about my medical history because she read it from the other doctors in my chart. She made me very very comfortable. I had a horrible primary doctor before for over 25 years. I finally listened to family and doctors and left him. I am glad I found her and I will be telling everyone about her and they need to go to her. She is outstanding. She's the best.

Fairly routine visit. Surprised to hear recommendation to cut back on my blood pressure medications this visit when the thought 6 months ago was to increase them. No changes in diet or exercise over that period. No explanation... Not complaining though...

As always everyone was courteous and respectful from the front desk, to the medical assistant who took my vitals to the doctor. Always a pleasant experience at this location.

Dr Hoti was great, staff great as well. But ..... using Navigator to schedule cat scan was a serious pain. The computer menu system option not intuitive It is not as helpful as talking to a real person right away. I needed to get back to the Dr's office for more info to schedule the Cat Scan and it is very difficult. Why cant we just call the office directly.

Everyone from front desk to check out was kind and caring. I'd definitely see Dr. Hoti again if my regular doctor, Dr. Mir is not available.

This appointment felt more about hitting screening metrics for virtua rather than my actual health. One of my followup labs was never sent to the lab. This was very frustrating since I had to hold my bladder for 90 minutes waiting to be called back for bloodwork and then wasn't able to do the test because it wasnt sent.

The staff was very efficient and polite. My doctor took the time to listen to me carefully, answer my questions, and provide the right suggestions for my care.
