Very satisfied with the care.

Fairly routine visit. Surprised to hear recommendation to cut back on my blood pressure medications this visit when the thought 6 months ago was to increase them. No changes in diet or exercise over that period. No explanation... Not complaining though...

As always everyone was courteous and respectful from the front desk, to the medical assistant who took my vitals to the doctor. Always a pleasant experience at this location.

Glad I was able to see a doctor when I made my call.

Dr Hoti was great, staff great as well. But ..... using Navigator to schedule cat scan was a serious pain. The computer menu system option not intuitive It is not as helpful as talking to a real person right away. I needed to get back to the Dr's office for more info to schedule the Cat Scan and it is very difficult. Why cant we just call the office directly.

Everyone from front desk to check out was kind and caring. I'd definitely see Dr. Hoti again if my regular doctor, Dr. Mir is not available.

This was my first visit with Dr. Hoti. She was friendly, courteous and caring. She went over my medical history and addressed any concerns or questions I had. She gave me her full attention and most of all listened. I did not feel rushed and I am very happy I have her as my PCP.

This appointment felt more about hitting screening metrics for virtua rather than my actual health. One of my followup labs was never sent to the lab. This was very frustrating since I had to hold my bladder for 90 minutes waiting to be called back for bloodwork and then wasn't able to do the test because it wasnt sent.

The staff was very efficient and polite. My doctor took the time to listen to me carefully, answer my questions, and provide the right suggestions for my care.

Dr. Hoti is very, very knowledgeable and very helpful and detail-oriented and helped me to understand which doctor should I see specialist with my problems. And she made a referral, which I am very grateful, and adjusted my medications. And yes, she's aware of my medical conditions and treated me accordingly. Very passionate and very nice. And it was a pleasure meeting with her.

Not thorough exam enough. In two days, I was back in urgent care with pneumonia. And I needed antibiotic, which the doctor there did not recommend to me and I needed. So I would not have gotten pneumonia.

The patient care tech was amazing. She was super friendly.

I did not have a good experience. I feel like my needs were not met regarding the problem that I have had with my foot for over 2 years now!!! She kept on saying to wear compression socks, but I want to know what is causing the problem in my foot??!!! Why is my foot like this? It is getting worse! The doctor was very cold and unfriendly!! She showed no compassion whatsoever! I mentioned a bump on my other foot, but it was ignored! It is very painful! She spent most of the visit reading...

I made this medicare annual exam appointment months ahead by order of the physician but when the doctor arrived she was not prepared for this type appointment. She seemed rushed. She offered a shorter follow-up appointment. I was there for medicare annual exam appt. I do not feel the medicare annual exam was much of anything. Don't understand what was supposed to happen. Short exam and even shorter questionnaire. Disappointed

This was my first visit with Dr. Hoti as I had utilized more senior doctors (Doctors [REDACTED]) who have retired or were not available. Dr Hoti allowed me plenty of time to express all of my concerns, discussed a plan of treatment and assured me we will manage my issues. I'm glad I have the opportunity to enlist the help of someone I feel I can trust.

Everything was outstanding. From registering to being brought into doctors examining room was done in a very timely manner. Dr. Hoti and her staff were very informed of our medical history. Felt comfortable with our choice of doctor and staff.

Dr. Hoti did an outstanding job. It was one of the first times I've seen her, I believe, and she was thorough. She asked the questions that needed to be, like a discovery. She kept asking questions. She listened to my answer and she gave me real, actual answers that I can use in my life, helping me with, and it was only one visit, I believe, but helping me with why my stomach's full, why my digestion is off, why my blood pressure medicine needed to be changed to 10 and down from 20 because I wasn't taking it before because I was lying and now I'm taking it at 10. I take it every day. She helped me figure out a fasting schedule. You know what? It showed that she cared and it's a lot like Dr. [REDACTED] was. I'm not knocking anybody else. Dr. [REDACTED] really busy. I wasn't real comfortable knowing that I was going to see somebody new, but I got to tell you, I made a follow-up.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the MA or the lady who checked me out. But everybody treated me like I was their friend. It was an excellent experience all around. Dr Hoti was very knowledgeable and make sure I had any questions answered and took her time to explain everything to me. She's a valuable asset to your practice.
