The Columbus office is awesome...everyone is kind and compassionate! The staff Is professional and friendly. Dr. Valone is exceptional!! He goes above and beyond for his patients!! Wouldn't go to any other heart Dr!!

Great Dr very friendly and knowledgeable

Dr. Valone was quite thorough during my visit. He reviewed all my prior issues and made plans to provide multiple tests to ensure my recent issue of concern was addesssed. Too often Doctors are quick to "keep the line moving" when it comes to office visits. I'm always confident that I'll get the best possible care from Dr. Valone.

Dr. Valone and I are relatively new to each other but he knew my case and we interacted with each question and course of action. He was pleased with my heart (so far) and how I handle my lifestyle. I like him very much.

It was a pleasure meeting this new cardiologist in the cardiology practice I go to. I actually got to meet another one also that my husband was seeing at about the same time. Both an asset to the office.

EVERYBODY THERE WAS VERY PLEASANT ESPECIALLY THE DR. VALONE.

It was fine. However, billing continues to bedevil my endocrinologist department visits. My visits with the endocrinology nurse are billed much higher than previously. Medicare payed less than 70$ a visit, while Virtua is billing my Advantage plan over 200$ a visit. I believe I am also being billed a 15$ copay for the nurse, which you should not be charging. You are charging 120$ for cypionate, but I bring my own, so you should not charge me anything. Please attend to these matters.

The actual dr visit was great. I hated that l had to wait another 3 months to see him because l had a family issue at the time of my originally scheduled appointment. Isn't there something in place to call people so that someone can take advantage of the empty slot when a dr gets a cancellation?

This was a post-hospital visit and was seen by another Virtual Cardiology team in the hospital. other than my own. However my visit was well known by my regular cardiologist. I felt secure in his knowledge of my condition and treatment offered.

Dr. Valone is absolutely wonderful, he truly cares about his patients. I haven't had many cardiologist but I have congenital heart disease and a very lengthy heart history with 7 open heart surgeries so when one leaves it takes a lot for me to warm up to them amd trust them, not with Dr. Valone. Virtua and his patients are lucky yo have him!

Dr. Valone is an excellent doctor. He shows a genuine concern for my health and asks questions to ensure that he is aware of my current condition. He comes into the room well aware of my past medical conditions and knows the information without his face staring into a monitor but instead giving me the time and attention I expect to receive when being seen for an appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and I was taken into the office 15 minutes early and my visit with Dr.Valone started around 8 minutes early. My examination and health discussion took around 10 minutes and I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered and I was very pleased with my visit.
