The receptionist,s were extremely unfriendly. Proper etiquette was not shone in in any way. And they all seemed angry about something. A little bit of kindness goes a long way and makes a great first impression. I hope this stays personal because I think the Doc. is wonderful.

Dr. Shah is an incredible doctor. He listens. He takes the time to explain things to you. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I've referred my mother to him already. He's just the same way with her. I referred my friend to him. He was the same way with her and resolved her issues. Dr. Shah is just an incredible doctor.

Well, he was very caring and he knew a lot, but I thought he could have known a little quicker about my medication and history.

Dr. Shah Anup is the best. He's friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and answers all your question. He doesn't rush you out of his office. If only all doctors could be so invested in their profession and clients care.

I called my previous physician's office to find that he had retired. So I took the doctor that they offered me. He was very nice, very kind, very willing to speak to me. And I had to call again for something. I guess it's been a week later. And the person who responded to me was wonderful and lovely. And I was very happy with the way they treated me. I'm going to be seeing them again.

I know provider didn't know me or my history but I felt like my concerns were dismissed too quickly. I had to go to GP to get tests performed. I've felt nauseous and have not felt well for a long time.

Yes, it was my first visit with Dr. Shah, and it was excellent. He asked me my opinion, the care plan, and we discussed everything. But like I said, it was my first visit, so we'll see how it goes.
