Dr. Fontanilla and his staff are excellent in what they do.

The office staff needs people skills. Out of 3 staff, no one looked up when people walked in. After waiting, someone asked if I was with someone else. I wasn't. They all kept looking at their screens. Ready to argue when I presented an issue I was having with a form. They named a person they were having trouble with on the phone. They all talked about her, loudly. They had contempt for her. Is that how they talk about me after we hang up? I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time with no one filling me in on when the MD would be coming to see me.

Almost every time I visit, it seems like I'm just a number to the person in the receiving area. Maybe it's not the person. It's probably just be how I look. Out of the three at the counter, the other two seem to be friendly and accommodating. Just my luck, I always end up with that particular one.

Hi, the provider is really very good, Dr. Fontanilla, right? And the staff was good, but the follow-up, I have a little problem, right? Once I got the results and I try really to go back and ask for help, I've been calling several times, but it's either cut up or no message or whatever. So I cannot even follow up on that, on the visit. Thank you so much. But the provider is very good.

No people people when you first come in so are not friendly like they had a bad night or day Just so not all. I do understand everyone is different but in the front should be a little more welcoming that's just me my opinion . I do understand everyday is different but a people peoples is a pleasant person all the time

Front desk staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. They were more concerned with their own conversation than helping the arriving/departing patients. Very minimal responses and didn't let me know when I was checked in or checked out they just spun their chair around and ignored me.

The doctor was 30 minutes late and only spent 3 minutes in the room with me. He was in a bad mood and took it out on me. I've been a patient for many years, but I will not return after this incident.

I'm unhappy because I'd like to go through my family doctor for simple (non-controlled substance) medications but he almost always wants to refer me out to specialist. Since when do we see specialists for every little thing? Now I have to go online to get rash medication. I think this will be the last time I waste my time coming.

Receptionist should be more pleasant

The front desk was not welcoming. They put my insurance in incorrectly and im still fighting to get it changed to the correct insurance. I waited for 40mins past my appt time in the room. When I was finally seen, my appointment was 13mins long. Im not sure if there was a misunderstanding but the appointment was tense. Im not comfortable saying much more.

My doctor is very thorough and really pays attention to providing individualized care. Would definitely recommend to others!

The physician expertly handled my visit. He gave me a thorough and clear overview of my test results and conditions. He also answered my questions in detail. For me, it's still the front desk personnel that prevents me from providing a flying review. Some smiles and being cordial would be helpful. A little random act of kindness would go a long way.

I love going to this office. Since starting to go to this establishment 2 years ago I am so happy I found my physician. Before coming here, I did not go to the doctor for 8 years, since it was hard for me to find a physician that listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. In addition, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
