Dr. Mcdermet treats everyone with respect and listens. I don't know any other doctor who listens anymore. They try to rush you out. He listens and gives options for care.

Wait time from scheduled appointment time until actually seeing the doctor was 90 minutes. That is too long.

Virtua doctor should be given more time to their patients appointments. 15 / 20 minutes are not enough time. Seniors have more issues than younger patients.

Dr. Mcdermet excellent doctor always a pleasant personality he washes and sanitize his hand. He's a very passionate doctor. Who's concerned about your health? And well-being he goes over the history with me. If he notice a change in something he question it especially my thyroid or my blood pressure spikes up. He also will review any test results from blood work or what sound or x-rays he also reviewed my colonoscopy results so he basically will go through everything with me and if there's a problem, he will address that with me and we'll recommend what to do. He's easy to talk to. He takes his time explaining everything to you and he always says that if there's a problem to give him a call, this is my experience with him. I could go on and on, but he is an excellent excellent doctor.

Yes, my experience with Dr. Mcdermet was very great. I enjoyed our conversation, not only about my medical history, but I know I started out going out with him. I mean, not going out with him. I started being one of his patients a long time ago before I was [REDACTED], or should I say, [REDACTED] patient. So I was very comfortable, especially with her retiring, and I was somewhat concerned about who was going to take her place, but I was glad that I was able to get in with Dr. Mcdermet, who I'm very familiar with. He is the physician for the rest of my family. So the experience was wonderful. We had a great conversation, and I was very pleased, as I knew I would be.

I had to wait an hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. As it was a morning appointment, I can't believe things got so backed up so early.

Too long of wait for doctor

The Doctor has been consistently good. No issues with staff, even though the staff has had multiple changes over time. Not sure about the large expenditure on the office space in that older building.

I consider myself very blessed to have Dr. McDermet as my primary physician. He is very friendly and takes all the time needed for our visit. I never feel like he rushes out. When I need a refill on a script he acts on it very quickly. He makes me feel heard. Not a lot of doctors are like that!

Yes, my appointment was at 3:00 was not taken into the examine room until 4:00 then sat for another 1/2 hour before Dr came in to see me. He asked me how I was feeling but never checked me over or asked about meds. Obviously he was running Very late at my expense. This was not the first time it happened. Perhaps he should schedule his patients further apart so ample time can be given to everyone. I am seriously thinking about changing to another doctor in the office.
