I had a great experience except with the nurse. Her demeanor was very cold. I had made my appt online for a wellness visit as a first-time patient. She said that a wellness visit isn't allowed for a first visit and it's a glitch in the system and wouldn't be happening today. I asked if that was true why no one would have called me in the three weeks since I had scheduled the visit online. I was also confused as to what that meant since I had no other reason to be there except for an annual checkup. Thankfully, Dr. Coleman and her resident were very kind and willing to see me for my we'll visit.

Dr Coleman is one of the most professional and caring doctors that I ever had. After having Dr [REDACTED] in this practice, I thought I would never find another doctor as wonderful as her in this practice but I did! I love her and thankful for her care!

I was not doing well at this visit. I had a fever for a week at this point. I was very sick and I didn't realize how sick I was. Dr. Coleman told me I had to go to the hospital and I did. I was not happy, but I did. And I'm lucky that she told me to go when she did because I could have become septic. She not only prevented that, but she also called to check on me while I was in the hospital.

Dr. Coleman always does very, very good with me. She always listens, and we always have a plan of attack. When I need to see her, she lets me in and talks with me at either Seoul or the other office. Cannot say a bad thing about her.

Top Notch Care

The most experience was Amazing from the receptionist, medical assistant and to the Doctor who to her time to explain mmy care of plan to me she made me feel important and also gave me all the blood work that I needed and medical. Her smile was welcoming and I felt like she's known me for years meanwhile that's my first time of meeting her.

I'd like to add that Dr. Ashley Coleman has definitely saved my life. I would not know what I would be without her advice and care. I also know that she genuinely cares about me and my health. And I just wouldn't want it any other way. I go there to see her. I don't want to see anybody else. No student, no attending, just her. Dr. Coleman goes above and beyond for her patients. She makes sure to look at the patient as a whole and not just a symptom. She doesn't do what I call textbook doctoring, so she doesn't just say, oh, well, you're not textbook. This is not what this says, so you can't have any of that. She actually listens to the patient's concerns, takes them into consideration, And here is what the patient is saying in order to make her diagnosis and treat the patient, which is very rare in doctors nowadays. She is absolutely fantastic. You guys should have a million more of her.

As a whole and an experience with Dr. Coleman, for me, she's a 10 out of 10. She's absolutely exceptional. She listens, she's very caring, she involves you in the medical plan. I had a stroke-like event five years ago, almost six now, and she's determined to get to the bottom of it and to get me the proper care that I need so that it doesn't happen again. I actually felt heard for the first time in about six years.

This doctor, Dr. Ashley Coleman, knew my everything inside and out. I had just left the hospital and the hospital did not provide all of my records and she's researched them afterwards and spoken to me. As well as this doctor thinks outside the box. She doesn't just give a yes and no answer and she doesn't give you just the average. Everyone is an individual. Thank you.
