Practice able to schedule initial appointment without a long wait time. Staff is amazing! So knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring felt less overwhelmed by current diagnosis. Information given so I was able to understand and all my questions and fears addressed.

My doctor / surgeon is very knowledgeable of my condition and the steps necessary to heal me. Very informative of before and after care for my procedure. Spoke well mannered. Gave great input and encouragement for after care. I've never been excited for a surgery but the level of comfort I'm sure during my visits, it makes me so comfortable.

Could not be happier with Dr. Galler and his entire staff. While no one should want to see a colorectal surgeon, I am grateful to find this wonderful group of providers for my condition.

You become more educated on a patient's medical background in combination with the medical guidelines before a definitive outcome is determined. This is my second time encountering this approach on an initial visit. This doesn't create solid patient confidence.

A month ago, I had hemorrhoid removal surgery. I was extremely pleased with all the clinic staff, and especially with Dr. Galler! From the very first visit, the care and attentiveness toward patients were exceptional. The recovery after the surgery was much easier than I expected. If I had known everything would go so well, I would have come to you a couple of years earlier. I can confidently recommend you to anyone who needs help with this delicate health issue.

So sorry but I felt that Dr Galler was more interested in what he would do in the future re my care rather than my interest in going forward with his plan of action. I think he was able to hear me towards the end of our discussion, I hope so.

Dealt well with changes and gave me support in supporting changes in immediate plans, but what to expect for the future.

Dr Galler was knowledgeable & friendly. He immediately put me at ease concerning my rectal fissure. After his examination & diagnosis he discussed with me what he found and prescribed a medication and recommended doing sitz baths. I will recommend him & Virtua to others.

I am very appreciative to Dr. Galler and his staff. He was able to diagnose and solve my problem right away which resulted in the alleviation of significant pain and accompanying symptoms. He had a very good bedside manner, which is important in this particular specialty. The examination is of a very private nature and does cause fear and stress, so I appreciate that he made me feel comfortable. His staff was very friendly and helpful.
