I think overall the doctors can do better in communicating when it comes to patiet care. Treating you as a human, that has a support team who is ready to help.

The staff was very professional and respectful. The exam rooms were neat and clean. I did not have to wait a long time to be seen. The doctor was very nice and clear about the exam.

Dr. Segal and her staff are great. It is always a pleasant experience with them.

Environment was nice, receptionist was nice, and tech or nurse, person that took the blood pressure was nice. Doctor entered the room, did not introduce herself, my very first time there. She just read off a bunch of things off my chart, not really engaging in any conversation, just looking at the screen. I did ask a question about some additional care. She gave me a very short answer. It just didn't feel welcoming.

I am a new patient. Feel comfortable with the care.

Dr. Segal and all staff were extremely professional, kind, and helpful.

I did not see my usual provider. When a problem comes up, I would much prefer to see my provider. It was disappointing that although I would go to any office at any time the whole week, there were no appointments with my provider available.

Dr. Segal was amazing!! Thank you and I felt better almost immediately!

The provider, the doctor, was very good, very patient, very kind. Really loved her. She's a 10. However, staff who took us into the office, I don't know her name. She came in the office when the doctor was examining my daughter. She was very rude. I had called ahead of time to let them know that my daughter had experienced a trauma. She was very rude to my daughter, very snappy. I would not want her there if my daughter comes back to see that doctor. I did also put in a complaint in with the doctor about person.

The provider seemed very busy and didn't want to listen to my concerns or thoughts. I asked about the side effects of the medicine, and she just said, " All the meds have side effects." I got another appointment with a different GYN.

I was not feeling well and I was scared. Everyone was kind and helpful and this made it all better. God bless you all for your kindness and for working. :-)

I needed an urgent visit and I was happy to get an appointment. Everyone was great. Doctor listened and gave her feedback. Happy to have Virtua doctors, especially since my provider, Dr. [REDACTED] retired.

They were very kind and very helpful, everyone from the receptionist to the doctors and the doctor's assistants.

I mentioned to the nurse that i did not want a medical student to sit in on my exam and one did anyways. Medical student didnt even announce themselves.

Great experience

Office told me to arrive 15 mins early for my appointment but I was not taken back to see the dr for awhile. It was an hr after my appointment that I actually finished

The Lead MA Lisa I believe her name was and doctor Avanni Segal were incredible! They made me feel validated safe and heard! I would highly recommend them!

I'd just like to say that I received excellent service there. Everyone was very friendly and cooperative, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The office staff and MA were very nice and I did not have any issues. However this was my first visit with the doctor. I was not impressed nor will I make another appointment with her. She was in and out of the exam room in under 10 minutes and that included a breast check and pap smear. She was completely detached from her patient. I would recommend the office but definitely not the doctor. Thank you, [PHI]

Everyone at this office is very warm and friendly.

The office staff and dr were very professional and took me in in a timely matter. Making an appointment is another story. Been a patient for over 24 years and it's ridiculous how long it takes to make an appt. Tried rescheduling my July appt and scheduler said the earliest spot would be in November. Stated I could keep checking back for cancellations. Love the Dr, but a little annoying getting an appt in a timely fashion.

I would not recommend Dr.Segal and do not plan on scheduling another appointment with her. She was in and out of my room in less than 10 minutes, I felt rushed. I also returned her call LAST year regarding test results and spoke to someone at the front desk who said they would notify her and apparently they never told her that I called back. She also performed a pelvic exam, defered the pap and did no other swabs. Every other gyn appointment I have ever had ... I didn't have to tell the doctor to do the swabs. It was part of the Annual GYN wellness check. I won't be scheduling with her again and I probably will not be scheduling with this office again and definitely not going to recommend anyone to come here.

I love this place. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The doctor listened and catered to my concerns. I wouldn't change a thing about this location. I'm 2000% satisfied and wish I can go here for all my medical needs.

I was so nervous but from the moment I walked in the door, the staff started to calm me down. The appointment was very fast and convenient. I will recommend in the future!

Was very disappointed with the doctor, not taking more of a complete history with my daughter having a first time gynecological visit and discussing more in depth the reasons why we were there related to what might be diagnosed as PMDD

It was the best and most comfortable gyn. visit I ever had. All of the staff were great.

Receptionist was very nice. Nurse and doctor showed no concern, seemed to be in a hurry.
