Dr. Dratch does not understand patient's concerns. He makes a lot of comments that are unnecessary and uncalled for. I am looking forward to switching primary care providers in the next few months.

Dr. Dratch listened very carefully to my circumstances of my situation. He allowed me to give backstory, as I called it, information that wasn't included in the file. And he checked and was sure it was pertinent information and let me continue. So I felt fully heard. And then he gave me medical insight into why some decisions were made. And I was very informed when I left, and that was the purpose of my visit. So it was a 10, a 10. Thank you.

Still awaiting my fee to be cleared as requested

Everyone was very well. I was treated very well. I love the doctor that I saw and I would recommend him to anybody that I know that needs a doctor.

The service i get at Pennsauken is like no other. Between Dr. Dratch, {redacted}, {redacted}, and a few others I cant remember all names but they rock! I been in medical field 20 plus years and this is A+++! Wish I could work with them or Virtua! If hiring call me!

Hi, Dr. Dratch was very, very helpful and the threes I gave him were only because he wasn't my mom's normal doctor and so he wasn't as familiar with her, but that really isn't his fault. And I was very pleased overall with his demeanor, with how he approached the questions and the worksheet that we needed him to fill out and everything. He represented you well.

Dr Dratch and the staff were excellent. I transferred to Dr Dratch because my long time physician retired. It was an easy transition for me. He reviewed my history and my meds. He reviewed my latest blood work. He has a pleasant personality . Looking forward to seeing him for my next visit.

I'm just sorry I didn't remember the other Doctor names as she was just as professional and caring as Dr. Dratch. I would highly recommend both doctors to my family and friends.

He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I did not feel like I was just there to be rushed out so he can go to the next patient. You don't get that anymore at the doctors
