However, just getting connected with Dr. Porreca , my neurologist this is very important as it is my main concern these days. Thank you.

Getting thru for appointments, scheduling, and then waiting to see the doctor takes a few months. Everyone is booked so you have to take the first one available. The drs are rushed and are booked every 15 minutes. You don't have the time to think bc you are rushed. The system is failing and everyone is complaining. There's nothing like the old doctors who take an interest. Their eyes are on the computer not the patient. You ask the nurses to change some things on the computer and it's not done. You have to keep calling hoping you will get the right one on the phone. This does not only apply to orthopedics it applies to all departments. You cry for help but the drs couldnt care less. Soon all patients will be straying away.

I feel very confident in his care of me and I've had numerous procedures by Dr. Duckles in the past for my history of degenerative disc disease and chronic pain. I do wish the cement in front of the doors would be repaired as I'm disabled and worry about accidents. I know this is the responsibility of the building owner but maybe vitura maintenance could look into a solution.

Since now the office is under Reconstructive the phones are horrible. Takes way too long to get through and there are way too many prompts just to get a person. Totally outrageous
