Very knowledgeable Addresses concerns

Everything was great. My only concern is that I can't seem to communicate with the provide that I saw during my visit. Another provider sends me messages regarding bloodwork, etc and that provider doesn't know my medical history and what was discussed during my visit with the provider. It just seems like an odd procedure. I understand time management is important for providers but important details regarding patient information can be missed.

I recommend this practice all the time. I love my doctor, Dr. Bergman. I've never felt like a "patient" to her, always a friend. I feel I get excellent care not only by her but by all of the staff. My only negative feeling is toward the difficulty in getting medications approved and refilled.

The person who called me back (nurse, [REDACTED]?) called my name. I smiled and walked back. She was stone faced. I then tried to make small talk and commented about the weather. Her response, "mmm hmm." It was like a was annoying her by my presence. Puss on her face the entire time. I am not a complainer and always give good reviews. This person didn't seem like a person who should interact with public if they annoy her so much. As always, [REDACTED]is professional, knowledgable, friendly and trustworthy. I am very happy with her care over the years.

Same day appt No wait Doctor was thorough

I have loved this practice, since I joined it. I have really been so happy with my Dr's. As a woman it's so much easier to talk to a women. However, I don't understand not listing drs name. I don't believe this is a good practice especially since the practice across the hall has names AND Drs pictures on its welcome sign. I know my opinion is a small complaint but to me ITS BIG'. Sorry I needed to mention this as it was my welcome

Beth is the fourth PA I have had in a year. At first she said she was an interim provider. It brought me to tears. I am having knee surgery and need a provider to follow me through the process. She agreed to be that provider for me! Virtua needs to make sure patients have continuous care. It is a serious problem and needs to be addressed! Please look into this!

As a long-term patient for Beth Bergman and Women's Primary Care in Northtown, I definitely will continue to have my care provided here. I also do recommend family and friends to see Beth specifically, but to the practice as well, I have my own mother coming, so my only recommendation is to actually keep up the good work. Beth, the techs, MAs, office assistants, everyone is great from door to door, from in to out, so keep it up. Good work.
