I felt Dr. Patel put in time and effort into reviewing my chart before coming to sit with me. It was our first time meeting and she went through like scanned over my whole history. So it was easier to have a conversation with her. She pointed out things that I felt other medical providers never took the time to like really go over and explain with me. And she was just warm and like she had great customer service skills. And I feel that's something that's very important because a lot of physicians tend not to have like that. They're great at their job and what they do, they just don't have that, like, you know, they're missing that piece. So I felt Dr. Patel was, she was great. And if I had to return and come back to see anyone, it would be her or Dr.

Dr. Patel and the staff are amazing! I just came over to Virtua and Dr. Patel from being with Cooper for years and im extremely happy and so glad I made the switch!

Except for the last few minutes of my visit, a resident student talked with me about the reasons I was there. It should be noted that the PCP was not my primary Dr in this practice. As of yesterday, I have a new PCP in another practice.

Spent almost entire appointment with Dr Patels resident, Dr Patel 5 minutes. Would have preferred having Dr Patel herself. For furture visits I will be stating no Interns or residents do my care

Dr Patel should learn what I did 22 yrs ago. The T4 is indicator of thyroid issues not a tsh which can be influenced by viruses, calcium supplements and multi vitamins
